Wonderful”

Every NH hotel is home to me,but this one was my favourite so far. The rooms are enormous,the bed is heavenly and the terrace is awesome. Despite covid,the breakfast was as ok as it can be and the staff is ,well,NH staff -helpful,nice,amazing and service minded. I even got a late check out and the best possible rate when I extended my stay. I ended up there under very stressful circumstances and was tires and sad and angry -but this place somehow always lifts my spirits and makes me so peaceful and rested. Also,covid measures on point and amazingly clean. Probably the cleanest hotel around. Kudos to the staff. I doubt I will be back because Jerez is not exactly tourist destination but anybody visiting for any reason should definitely pick this one, it's my favourite NH out of all cities I visited ,and I liked them all! Special thanx to the reception staff for lending an ear and keeping my bags safe . You are amazing!

stayed here after Formula 1 testing at the circuit”

very good. good room, good price, helpful staff. close to where i needed to be. easy to park nearby and possible to park in hotel (very small underground car park, but still absolutely fine in a smaller size car). will stay here again and recommend it. breakfast included in price was good too.

Disappointing ”

Disappointing stay at the NH having stayed at tge group hotels in Madrid expected same quality. Air conditioning did not work in first room so was moved next doir. What was supposed to be air conditioning was very poor quality. Even after being out for hours on our return room was not cool. Bathrom no room to turn. We used the hotel parking, again hardly room to park. Woukd not use tge hotel in the city again.

Pagué por 2 noches para mi pareja y para mí 166€. La habitación y el baño parecen de lujo, pero las sábanas, las toallas y las cortinas estaban sin lavar como era debido, y más todavía con el protocolo "SAFE" con el Covid-19. El cuarto de baño: 1 rollo de papel abierto, usado. Caja de papel

Es la cuarta vez que vamos y en dos de ellas nos han tenido que cambiar de habitación por ruidos. Íbamos por motivos de trabajo en ambas ocasiones y a media noche era imposible descansar y habiéndoselo comentado a la llegada que nos ocurrió la vez anterior. No creo que volvamos.

Hotel bien situado pero viejo con moqueta en los pasillos y poco mantenido. Ascensor súper pequeño.

Vous êtes en vacances, vous aimez vous lever à 9h30 voir plus ??? ce n'est pas fait pour vous. Vous allez vous prendre (comme moi) une amende de 80€ pour défaut de ticket parce que à 9H00 ces gros C..S sont déjà devant la voiture pour vous allumer (bien sur que la voiture Française)... Donc pas top du tout pour passer quelques jours de vacances. Je préconise plutôt l’hôtel d'en face le SHERRY qui a son propre parc gratuit en plus. On entend les voitures toute la nuit (isolation phonique nulle) Le petit déjeuner quant à lui c'est limite. Pas d'omelette dans le réchauffeur de plat, des petites saucisses bouillies qui sont dans de l'eau chaude, pas de compotes, que des confitures industrielles emballées sous plastique à 99% de sucre (une horreur), de la charcuterie où il faut être affamé pour y gouter et l'omelette en tranche servie froide. Lits jumeaux encore et encore - - - - Sortis d'hôtel INTUR de CASTELLON juste avant celui-ci, RIEN A VOIR... même catégorie****

Buon albergo in una città scarsa, ottima colazione al prezzo di 7 € cadauno se prenotata presso la reception. letti spaziosi bagno completo e pulito (compreso spazzolino e rasoio)
