Only VIP rooms with twin bed ”
1. The rooms that we got on the building were old so we asked to change. The staff was good and kind enough to make it fast 2. We moved to VIP room. The twin bed rooms are new so it was a lot better. Anyway, Do not select the single bed rooms. They were all smelly, dark and bad design.

A NO-GO hotel. The worse!!!”
I booked 2 VIP rooms for 1 night. As we arrived the hotel was dark (no lights) inside we already saw that it was long time ago this hotel had some maintenance. The staff told us there was no breakfast (anymore) eventhough we paid for it. The VIP-rooms were outside the hotel, next to parking. The ONLY positive in the room was a good bed. The rest was old, dirty or broken. The TV had more snow then Switzerland. The terras had no seats/table ( the neighbours had) and a big whole where you could break your neck. The closet for clothes was just an open space with to boards aside. The hangers were the most cheap ones you can find in the world. Toiletseat was partly loose. The drain, next to the toilet, was just an open hole. Complementary was coffer and tea. Because it was not wasn't in the room we went to the reception. We got some coffeestrips and they brought us a watercooker, full of ants. So we needed to clean it ourselves before using. In my opinion the staff don't care about the hotel and its customers at all. It was a terrible stay. I will never ever go back there.

The elevator was not working (I stuck), luckily no one was in it. And even luckier because it was stuck and door was locked right in front of me before I could get into it.

The breakfast was Nescafé in small plastic cups, white bread and two big bowls of jam and butter, the buffet was big container of hot dogs etc enough said. The staff look soul destroyed with the aura of defeat. Who ever is managing or owning this place needs to access his/her contribution to humanity.

Dishonest hotel”
I forgot my charger and a T-shirt in the room when check out. I'm very sure my charger beside the bed and the T-shirt was in the wardrobe. I ask many times but the stuff told me they never see my things. They are dishonest. So when staying at this hotel, take care of your belongings.

A comfortable short stay ”
A few friends and I stayed at nh elegant for 2 days during a short trip to sakon nakhon. The hotel was very clean, the rooms modern and a good size, the showers nice and the beds comfy. My only criticism is the location... I wish it were closer to more things to do in town. For a nice and relatively cheap nights stay, it wasn't bad.

I'm traveller and this is a great hotel in overall, nice clean room, good breakfast and also nice staff especially a receptionist because I had a problem when I reserved with Agoda that is my room type when I arrived at the hotel but the staff solved the problem very well, so I really recommend who want to visit Sakon this is a great value hotel that I ever had an experience in Sakonnakhon.

Lovely tranquil stylish hotel”
Stunning hotel with an overwhelmingly pleasant relaxed atmosphere created by some very very nice staff. Lots of choice for breakfast time encompassing all styles of cuisine. We had a large room with Wi-fi; polished wood floors; warm shower; designer taps, large mirrored marble bathroom, clean white towels; clean white cotton bed linen; in room make up table and stool; work desk with two padded chairs; lots of power points; ceiling smoke alarm; telephone; large air conditioning unit; smart looking decor with side bed reading lamp; secure windows; free water; hair dryer; TV; large fridge; large built in wardrobe; free tea and coffee complementary snacks; ample parking directly in front of hotel; large dining foyer reception arena worthy of being a backdrop for a movie. Staff were so helpful and rushed to bring extra room water which they did not charge extra for. Can’t wait to stay again we felt so welcome and its a fantastic safe lovely base to enjoy the province from. Thank you.

Inexpensive hotel in the centre of town”
This city centre hotel is great value for money. An old hotel which has had some refurbishment done. The staff are very helpful and speak a little English. The bedrooms are a good size with good wardrobe space and nice bathroom. The water is plenty hot, which is wonderful after a day on the road..... Buffet breakfast is just fine, offering both Thai and European dishes. The made to order omelets' are great.
