Excellent staff service”
As we drove a long-trip from Roma, we arrived at this hotel around 22:30. We did a checked-in and took a key but the electricity had some problem of this room, we requested the staff to exchange a room. Fortunately, the staff is really helpful to help us find any available room because that day was quite full and we were very late to check-in. He helped us to upgrade our room and we can have a nice trip. Need to say thank you again for their help.

Stylish well appointed rooms at a great value in a convenient location attached to the mall and near Eataly. Guest admissions offered for a museum in the building which allows for a view of the very neat Racetrack on the rooftop from the Fiat Factory. I would definitely revisit this property when I find myself in Turin again!

Lovely building, great attention to detail”
This hotel was really wonderful, lovely touches acknowledging the history of the building, comfy bed and blackout curtains. Building itself is stunning. We only stopped for one night and didn’t go in to Turin centre but the train is very handy.

Lovely hotel with access to the old Fiat test track on the roof. Situated next to the Metro stop with quick direct access into the centre of Turin. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Only stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer.

Excellent Option for Torino”
+ Good location. + Very close to shopping, Cinema, Metro station, and other facilities. + very helpful and nice staff. - mini-fridge noisy during the night. woke up a couple times for the noises it was doing. - the Lingotto Train Station is not as close and accessible as it looks in the MAP. No direct access... you'll have to walk quite a bit to go from the Train to the hotel and vice versa.

Very pleasant stay...no complaints at all. Staff was very friendly, facilities very modern, and great Internet connection. I think it used to be called Meridien Lingotto before and there is some confusion with the taxi drivers still.

I stayed because of a training workshop organized in Turin. For someone who does not need to stay in central city, it was good since it's close to a mall and public transport. Breakfast, especially coffee, was good and service was good. Room is spacious and comfortable.

A good hotel, looking a bit dated now”
The hotel is a good hotel, parking free and no problem, food is very good, rooms looking a bit tired now, with damp spots on the ceiling, but very clean. Minibar prices and wifi prices vastly outrageous. This alone Mars my stay. Hotel close to shopping centre and Eataly is so close u can touch it.

We were upgraded to the deluxe room with a nice city view. The bathroom is clean and well equipped, the room is spacious. Must ask the reception to lend you the key for the roof top.

Expensive hotel, excellent breakfast. They should buy few more irons. Waiting time to get an iron was over 14hours and had to attend a meeting without pressing my shirt. Will not return to this hotel unless there is absolutely no choice.

Best value for money business hotel in Turin ”
Clean and practical hotel with excellent breakfast. Access to well equipped public gym, but only during businesses hours. Close to parco Valentino, which is great for running. Eataly next door is a food heaven and one never gets bored eating there.
