          Nha Mat”

          Good stay in Vietnam recreation zone

          Relaxing, nice well maintenad resort, good staf, but only one person can speak English. Destination is in the center of recreation park, close to aquapark and entertaiment park.

          We booked 3 nights but found alternative accommodation after the first night. The place itself wasn't that bad but usually the resort tag means all in and exclusive. It was none of these. Breakfast was served at a cafe across the road from the rooms and entrance to the pool was extra. The staff were very friendly and some spoke reasonable English. Overall we didn't like the atmosphere. When we booked we had the prompt about only 3 rooms left at this price but the whole place was empty and I think there were only one other couple staying there.

          Old house and no water”

          The property is old. The wall is dirty by water absolute. We have no water in the morning. When we booked we did note we have kid but breakfast was not available for my daughter.

          Resort Nhà Mát xa khu trung tâm, phòng ốc cũ kỹ, tường bể loang lổ, trang thiết bị trong phòng đều xuống cấp, ăn sáng dở tệ chỉ gồm mì gói xào bò và bánh mì trứng opla. Gia đình tôi ban đầu dự tính ở hai đêm nhưng đã hủy 1 đêm. Tôi thật sự thất vọng khi đến với Resort Nhà Mát. Nhân viên ở đây khi biết chúng tôi hủy 1 đêm thì mặt lạnh nhưng băng, hỏi không thèm trả lời. Cám ơn Agoda đã giúp tôi hủy đặt phòng nhanh chóng. Lần sau tôi sẽ tiếp tục ủng hộ dịch vụ của Agoda.
