Located at the heart of the city with walkable distance to few famous spots and Restaurants: Ben Thanh Market, 4P Pizza, Banh Mi Huynh Hoa etc. The hotel looks new and the staff there are providing excellent services. Room is spacious and clean, however I hope there will be an room option of 2 single bed with window in future. Breakfast included is great too.

Condition of hotel looks very new despite already operating for couple of years Room is neat , clean and smell fresh. Condition looks new too. My wife loves it. The staff is kind, always ready to help. The hotel is in the center, next to the Independence Palace and not far from the Opera. Everything is within walking distance. The room was with a window, clean and comfortable.

I informed them that the room smelled a little and they changed it to a different room. I was impressed with the staff's polite response. I am very satisfied with the luxurious feel and spaciousness of the room. The refrigerator was too cold and the water froze, which surprised me, but it was just right because it was hot outside. It's also nice that the market is right nearby and there is a money exchange with a high rate for Hatta Jewelry.

I usually don't choose small or less-starred hotels (just personal preference). However, staying at this hotel this time made me and my family satisfied. The location is very convenient to move around the city center, the rooms are relatively spacious, the staff is enthusiastic, the breakfast is a bit limited in dishes but well-prepared, and the taste is just right, my children love it. The dining area is airy, so guests at other tables are not affected. The only thing that needs improvement is the ability to adjust the central air conditioning for each room. If the hotel can address this issue, my family and I will definitely come back.

The hotel was located near the Ben Thanh Markets. Rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were very efficient and friendly. There are a limited amount of restaurants nearby but plenty of spas. Good value for money.

Clean big room with twin beds, there is a strong fruity smell in the air, maybe left by the previous tenant, I guess it's durian, it doesn't bother me. The location is very convenient, you can walk to the place you want to go. Recommended for travelers who need a good sleep.
