I loved my stay here! ”
I enjoyed my stay in this inn, it was very simple yet very good in accommodation. Its ambiance feels like home, it was so peaceful. The rooms were bigger than I expected and was very clean. Aircon has no remote control but works fine. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. They helped us with our itineraries and suggested some tourist spots in the city. Great stay!

Budget friendly rate. Along the road so its easy to hail a tricy cab or jeep. Location is also good, just a quick ride to ayala and other malls. The room is big and you get the basic necessities. Cons: cockroaches in the bathroom, hard pillow makes us uncomfortable to sleep, room has a weird smell.

Pros: * Location is not very far from the city center, tricy fare is only 40 Php. There are also jeepneys that can take you to the city center. * The room is very big, super spacious plus it has cable tv. * Aircon functions well and is not noisy. Cons: * The room we got was not clean. There were many cobwebs behind the door and in the bathroom that could easily be removed only if the staff did their job. There were also trash left outside that was not collected for several days. * The room has an odd smell. * There were cockroaches in the bathroom. * The bed is kinda hard and the spring could be felt when you lie down but it's bearable. * The wifi signal is very weak and doesn't reach the rooms. They also keep changing the password. * the staff was not very attentive and they seemed very timid and not engaging.

Had to wait for an hour after 7pm as my room was given to someone else. Than moved to another place with a great help from a lovely young lady made me just a bit less angry. Paid in advance arriving at 7 needed to take a shover and they tell me with very poor english that i have to wait :-) joke

Hotel caused so much trouble and hassle”
The property advised us of the cancellation of booking on the exact same day and at the time of the reservation, when we were already at the hotel. They're having issues with their water system, they should have informed us ahead of time so we could have cancelled our reservation. Worse is the hotel had to transfer us to another hotel which had to cost us more. Hotel we were transferred to was too pricey. It cost us more than twice the amount we agreed upon. Such a hassle! Guests shouldn't be having their reservations here, this property would cause thwm so much trouble.

We booked our stay via Agoda mobile app. Very accomodating staff. An ideal minimalistic backpackers inn. Cheap price and location is very near landmarks. Definitely great value for money. They don't charge extra if you stay a little bit longer than the check out time. Thank you so much Night and Day Inn. We indeed had a great time. God bless and more power to you. EXCELLENT SERVICE”
We stayed for 3 nights with my 3 y.o son. The place is perfect for a couple travelling without a kid if you're pretty sensitive with bathroom cleanliness, like me. The place is pretty old but clean not 5 star for cleanliness but is Ok. The picture of the bed is exactly the same as what they have in their property. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They don't charge extra if you ask for hot water, they will attend to your needs instantly and what's nice is that they didn't charge us extra for extending about 4 hours while waiting for departure time going back to Manila unlike other Inn or Hotels. The location is close to everything, there's even restaurant outside the Inn which is pretty popular for their fired chicken. They offer laundry service and breakfast, you just need to inform them. Quiet place. I will still book this place in the future.

This is my third time to stay here and would come back again if I am in Legazpi. You get your money's worth with the inn's basic amenities. The rooms are spacious. The accommodation is basic with clean linens and beddings, (thin) towels, and a tiny bath soap. The bed is comfortable. The rooms have cable television and wifi connection. The toilet needs upgrading but it's clean. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The location is very convenient as well as it is located in the main road. It's a 5-10 minutes jeepney or tricycle ride to the airport, Ayala mall and several known local restaurants.

Nice Stay and Value for Money”
A value for money for 3-night stay on this Inn. Staff was accommodating enough with our queries. Although the bathroom is not very well cleaned with no hot shower and slow faucet and toilet. We stayed in room number 2 with 1 queen sized bed and a bunk bed. No garbage bin for our trashes. TV have static channels, thus we never get to use it for the whole stay. But what we appreciate was when they welcomed us again when we had a cancelled flight for 1 standard room for the 4 of us with no charge for the extra heads. And we were on room 1 and the room was so much better than the 2 rooms we previously had. So I recommend to book room 1. :)

We extended our stay in Legazpi because we liked it so much. The Night and Day was a good choice for us. Every room have own parking space. The room's are big with good TV. We liked to stay there and can recomend to travellers on budged. Good Restaurants nearby. 7/11 in 10 minute walking distance.

The room was huge, but the bed is quite small. Internet Connection was fast. It was very accessible to Legazpi Proper and other tourist attractions. I stayed there for three day and it was worth it. They also have breakfast for free. =)

Good value for money ”
Wi-Fi sometimes has difficult time to connect to Internet. There are 2 restaurants next door and a laundry that is currently closed until March 2018. There is a nice flat screen TV with access to many international channels. A/C runs quiet. Shower is cold. Room is cleaned and well maintained. My only reservation was my fear to not find the staff to get my key everytime I was back at the hotel, however even in the middle of the night this has never been an issue. I had this feeling that only one staff was in duty 100% for a couple of days.

this is an awesome place to stay if you will have vacation for two in legazpi. would have been better if they have a room to accomodate a group of people. but overall very nice. i like this place and will surely book again in the future.

Pros: 1. good location. Mostly reachable by jeep if not by trike. Airport to Inn by trike should be 50php for the whole trike upto 3 pax. 2.convenience stores across the inn and restaruants and carenderia are at the sides. 3. Basic amenities but this does not matter to me as I am out all day. 4. Aircondition works well. Late checkout is possible if you ask nicely and if they dont have pending reservation. 5. Cable channels are working 6. Accessible by public transport (jeepneys) from inn to most tourist attraction and malls. 7. Spaceous rooms Cons: 1. Wifi is good but unstable esp if youre in room 1.it tends to cut off from time to time. 2.no shampoo,no toothbruch or toothpaste included. Only soap and towel. U can buy across the street in the convenience store. 3.quite hard bed since they are using orthopoedic beds 4. Lights are limited. So the rooms seemed dim at night with only 2 small bulb in the rom and 1 in the bathroom. But all in all, i say id stay here again

Value for money, cleanliness and accessibility ”
We have a great stay in this Inn. Cleanliness was good and it is just one ride (7 pesos) from Ayala or Lcc Mall. We have given a two beds which I believe I booked for only one (and ofcourse we only used one 😊). The faucet is not working and no hot water. No complimentary items which is reasonable for the price. Overall, it was a good stay. I'll definitely come back again.

We arrived as early as 6.30am by tricyle @ Php 80.00 for 2 persons from airport to hotel/inn. Unfortunately, upon arrival, counter staff is still sleeping 🤫 though advise were made a day before to arrival. Room were clean yet no trash bin in our room. Wifi access is fast!! Comfy Bed, aircon room and a tv with cable. Accesible to airport, malls like Ayala Malls, Pacific Malls and etc. I’m not sure if the hotel is nearby tourist spots like cagsawa ruins. Just don’t expect a 5 stars hotel service.
