Near by Niigata station, (walk for 5-10min) you can see and across Shinano river! Breakfast was super yum! You should try Niigata style.

pretty basic, typical small room, but you pay what you get. hotel staff is quite friendly. beware of surprise car park fee. we booked with agoda which said parking was free, but were asked to pay 600 yen. it was waived after we had shown the screenshot. big minus was the lack of a public bath.

Exceptional”
Hotel was old but clean and well maintained. Staff members are very accommodating and hospitable. Location for me was very practical since I attended an event at Toki Messe. There are, however, no convenient stores or restaurants around.

Nice hotel, breakfast room have a very nice view on the river (but no buffet). The room are confortable with soft bed matelas. it looks like old fashion but works well. Ideal for 1/2 nights

It’s a convenient place with average japanese level. The restaurants are good, but there is no spa, despite that it was advertised! It was disappointing for me.

Huge wedding old style hotel. Room was clean. However general feeling was just ok. Nothing special unless all other hotels in that price are full.

Nice hotel but restaurants close early ”
I liked the hotels design, my room and the location near the river. I noticed several attractive restaurants but all of them closed too early, and delivery to the rooms was available only with booking in advance. I had to go outside to have dinner.

Worst Hotel Ever ”
First I requested nonsmoking room they put me in a smoking room. Second room was outdated, carpets dirty, bathroom dirty and horrible smell in the hallways. I have traveled to over 30 countries and this by far was the worst hotel. Disgusting, dirty and the price over $250 dollars a night. Location wasn’t close to much.

El hotel es enorme, tiene 3 restaurantes de diferentes temáticas y un bar, pero los precios son un poco caros. Me decepcionó un poco el desayuno, que es fijo: continental o japonés. Para un par de días está bien pero si te quedas muchas noches resulta repetitivo... por el precio que pagas podría ser de tipo buffet La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda. El personal nos atendió muy bien en todo momento. Está cerca de una parada de autobús para acercarte a la estación o para ir a otros lugares no tan cercanos como la playa.

初めての新潟でしたが、このホテルを選んで本当に良かったと思います。 川辺にあるホテルで、残念ながら部屋は川向ではありませんでしたが、外に出ますと直ぐそこに川辺の散歩エリアがあり、娘と雪を堪能することができました。

部屋はいつもキレイに保たれていました。 東京より地方の方が新型コロナに対しての警戒感が強く感じています。清掃、消毒など行き届いている印象でした。 結婚披露宴の出来る施設のようで、一般客との施設の分け方が上手く機能していると思いました。 悪いところは壁が薄いのか、隣の会話が聞こえた点が気になりました。あとは浴場がないのが残念でした。
