Clean but old hotel”

Feels a little dated but overall its really clean. They provide the regular amenities of a businesss hotel and the location is very close to the station.

My 2-Night stay at Hotel Terminal Inn”

The location is nice when you are 3-5 minutes away from the Niigata Station. There is a plaza that is connected to the station so there is plenty of options to choose from for food. The Room was average or Sub-Par at best. The spacing of the room can be a little tight. The Morning buffet was good having enough to choose from. The price/night was worth it and saved me money. I would say the only problem I had was there wasn’t laundry detergent provided compared to other hotels where they provide it for you in the washing machine.

A Great Place for a Pit Stop”

I booked this hotel last minute and got a great rate. The location is extremely convenient, being a short walk for the station. Be sure to not confuse it with other similarly named hotels in the area. The best part about this hotel is that you get one free beer with your stay!

Pretty good”

Its strengths are its location near the station and the staff. The staff were nice and attentive. The room was small but ok. The breakfast buffet was average. There was a coupon to use the hot stone sauna next door for ¥500, which I liked. The free coffees anytime and bubble bath pouches were nice :) Be careful as there are 2 other hotels on the same street with very similar names to this!!

Convenient hotel close to the train station ”

Hotel and facilities looks a bit old, but staff is very friendly and you get all amenities for free. It’s has a absolutely close location to the main train station which is the best.

Enjoy Niigata with a rental car”

Although it was snowing a little, it was very convenient because it was close to the station. I enjoyed the city of Niigata with a rental car.

It's an older hotel located close to the Niigata station. If you are just passing by using the shinkansen or JR network, this hotel suits you.

古を感じる風情”

新潟は以前月岡温泉郷に家族で訪れたことがありましたが、そこもまた旧炭鉱町の風情に溢れていました。今回市内は初めてでしたが、とても品の良さを感じる事のできる滞在でした。ホテルのインテリアもとても落ち着いていて、活気のあった時代を彷彿とさせてくれます。周辺もラーメン屋さんや居酒屋さんも頑張っています。夜景もとてもキレイ、高層階をおススメします。朝食のビュッフェも美味しかった。800円であれは企業努力の賜物でしょう。なら、応援せねば！って感じです。旅の疲れがとても癒されました。ありがとうございます。

受付の人は笑顔で接してくれ、部屋を掃除するために廊下で作業していた方も挨拶をすればきちんと返してくれたので、とても雰囲気が良かったです。 また、新潟駅に近いので、買い物などとても便利でした。 また利用したいです。

最初　場所が解りにくくて　戸惑いますが　飲み屋が近くて　岩盤浴のお店も近いと　意外と便利です

建物こそ年季が入っているが清潔です スタッフの応対が非常に丁寧です フロントにウォーターサーバーやコーヒーが用意されています 部屋の照明の明るさを無段階で調整できます カーテン引いて電気を消せばかなり暗くなるのでよく寝られます

立地も値段も良いです”

今回は2人で利用しました、駅南から凄く近くてお値段もクレカなしの現金で4500円という価格で満足でした、また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

今回、ホテルのサービスとは何か原点に戻る視点で考えさせられました。 何よりも限られたリソースの中でできることは何か、常に考えられています。 また新潟に来たら利用します。

駅にも近く立地がいいです。車で行ったのですが駐車場の場所もわかりやすかったです。スタッフの対応もよかったのでまた機会があれば利用したいと思います。

3時間滞在”

バスを待つまでの3時間、シャワーを浴びるのと休憩で利用しました。 急だったのにも関わらず、スタッフさんが気を利かせてくださり、1番お得な予約の取り方を教えて頂き、スムーズにお部屋を借りることができ、助かりました。 ありがとうございました。

Excellent”

高速バスの乗降場所からも近く、 高速バスで朝方到着し、チェックインまでやチェックアウト後バス出発前まで大きな荷物を預かっていただきとても助かりました。 部屋は寝るだけだったので不自由はありませんでしたが、 空調の調節が最初解らず戸惑いましたが、ベッドのところにあるツマミを回したら止めることができたのでその後は快適に過ごせました。 また機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思っています。

設備は一通りそろっています。駅からも遠くはありません。レンタカー付がお得な気がします。GWだったので混んでいましたが、フロントの方の対応は丁寧です。ちょっとシャワーが弱いかなとは思いますが、良いホテルでした。
