Great location and service”
This is my 2nd review.... the location is outstanding as well the the service staff (provisional as well as friendly)... much better than most hotels in Vietnam. Good job!!! Don’t ever loose sight of that since you are in the Service industry. Evette from the bellman to reception and the room cleaning staff.. very cheerful and helpful. My Suite (1109) was well taken care off during our two days there.

A beautiful room with great services”
We stayed two nights and rented two rooms (one Premium Suite alone Delux room, both with Riverside views). We arrived a bit early bit was allowed to check in two hours earlier. Our Premium Suite was huge with very large bedroom (King bed) with outstanding view of the River), the living room was also large with access to a balcony, another outstanding view, and the bathroom was great!!! Water very strong and temperature well controlled. My children stay in a Delux room with two twin beds. The breakfast was very good which includes both Vietnamese traditional foods (My favs) as well as some westerner dishes like eggs, bacon and toast.... the only thing I don5 care for is the crowd that show up at this restaurant in the morning... they are either a bunch of snobs with no manner...or tourists just hungry for foods.... they cut lines and grabs plateful of foods without considering for anyone else... Btw, they are both Vietnamese and foreigners ... not just Chinese tourists.

They offer boat ride for hotel's guest. You just get on the boat for free, then pay for food and drink if you order. For me that's a pretty good deal. The location is the best, walking distance to the famous Ninh Kieu port. Flexible to guest's request too.

All staff are friendly , providing attentive service , especially the professional staff from Tour arrangement. We have been well taken care at the restaurant when there is not enough seats for guests. The food is delicious. In general, we enjoy our holidays during the stay at the hotel. we had brilliant views of the city and river as we selected this on booking. Breakfast was excellent too. The only problem is no windows can be opened and the AC was very difficult to adjust, so cold air blowing at night was not good. The AC unit (on the ceiling) also has very bright lights.

Nice riverside hotel in Can Tho city center ”
The hotel location is good with terrific scenic of the river. The staffs were friendly and helpful. It has restaurant in the hotel and riverside restaurant by riverside what is just opposite of the hotel. The room was cleaned and well-equiped. Breakfast at hotel has local and western choices.

One of the few best hotels in rach gia. Wasn't disappointed. Only thing is the power to the room (and AC) is turned off once you remove the card key upon leaving the room. Might need a second card to keep the room cool while you are out and about.

I loved the view!! Staffs were great!! We were waiting for our guests in the lobby and they brought out two cold glasses of juice for us!!! The gesture was very unexpected!! I was impressed. located at beautiful location at Can Tho. Room is very clean, only the linen is not comfortable enough, it is very rough, besides that nothing else to complain. Staffs were ok, they seems had to work a lot, they looked stressed out and serious .

Night view is stunning as there is a lotus bridge besides the hotel. Dinner in the cruise just opposite this hotel. Wide range of breakfast. Friendly staff but not all could communicate in English. Room is clean and spacious. Con is they restricted to 1 room key per room. Inconvenience for us who go out separately. The glass door of standy shower is bit old and the water flowing out during shower. It caused the bathroom is full with water after each shower. Circle k is just besides the hotel. Night market, temple and sense city mall are within walking distance. Overall it's value for money and I'll recommend it to others.

Pros Large pool which our 4 year old could touch the ground at one end which was good for playing. We had a river view room which was worth the extra price Cons Reception area did not smell nice. Breakfast was not greatly suited to Westerners Bed was very hard
