Friendly staff and an amazing view”
First off the lobby of this hotel is on the 9th floor so all the rooms go up from there. Immediately when you walk towards the check in counter you’re greeted by the view inside of the local baseball stadium across the street which we thought was really cool! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they have a wall across from the elevators for toiletries you have forgotten or are just in need of that came in very helpful. The Rooms are well thought out and very clean! They are smaller compared to US hotels but the room we had was more than enough for my Wife and I. We would most definitely stay here again as again it was very clean and only 3-4 minute walk to a local train station that takes you directly to the Shabuya station where you can pretty much get to anywhere from. They also allowed us to leave our luggage behind since our check out was much earlier than our flight back home. Normal check out is at 11 but for roughly 10 USD or so you can stay an extra hour which made a huge difference as well. Do not hesitate to stay here, I can assure you that you’ll feel you got a great deal staying here!

Had the pleasure of having Yuta check my group in and he was a great receptionist from start to finish; always friendly with his replies when we had any questions or concerns! Check in was a breeze, location is very convenient (less than 8 mins walk from the closest station and can easily walk to Shibuya/Harajuku in around 15-20 mins). The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed everyday we were there and cleaning staff were very accommodating whenever we requested something. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again in the future. You can also watch a baseball game when they’re playing from your room/lobby which was an added bonus!

Cleanliness of the room is the best. Even though it was raining during the game, I was able to refresh myself in the bath after returning to the room. The temperature and water pressure of the shower were perfect, and the shampoo, treatment, and body soap were also comfortable to use. The selection of mineral water, coffee, herbal tea, and black tea was also good and satisfying. The firmness of the bed was also suitable for me. The staff's response and impression were also very good. The cleaning of the room was also well done, and I was able to spend a comfortable time. It is a hotel that I would like to use again.

Can’t find a better hotel than this in Tokyo!”
This is honestly the most value-for-money hotel you could possibly find in Tokyo. It is conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood of Aoyama, within walking distance to Gaiemmae and Sendagaya metro stations. From my room I could see the Meiji Jingu Gaien ginkgo avenue. The rooms are well appointed, extremely spacious and very very clean. Furniture is very new as the hotel was recently renovated in 2017. And let me just gush about its facilities - the free public bath! I love to go there for a good soak after a whole day of walking in Tokyo, the jacuzzi bath is amazing.

The hotel is situated in Aoyama region. I think Ayoma is educational and economic area, and it is full of safety fellings. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and staffs have good service attitude. Also , it has good view facing Meiji-jingu baseball stadium. Every time I visit Tokyo, I stay this hotel. It’s the best choice.

my husband and i first stayed at the nippon in 2018 and when we planned our trip to tokyo for 2023 we knew we had to start it at the same hotel. it's in such a central location, close to the ginza line, and an easy walk to roppongi or traveling to shibuya. the staff at the hotel has always been so kind and attentive, the facilities remain impeccable especially the onsen. can't wait to come back in five more years

This hotel is run by a charity that supports youth development programs, the Nippon Seinenkan. It is great value for money, within walking distance of Harajuku, Shibuya and Shinjuku, and located on the edge of a park with baseball stadiums and other sports facilities. There are several subway stations near the hotel. The room is very clean, the location is lively but quiet, not far from Ginkgo Avenue. There is a high school next to it and a baseball field opposite. I happened to watch a baseball game in the hotel room on the weekend, which was very atmospheric. The large bath on the 10th floor is very good. I go there once every morning and evening to relax my tired legs. The staff are all very polite. I forgot to take my room card out and couldn't open the door. The front desk staff immediately issued me a new one. Japanese guests are the main ones, and tourists only account for a small part. I haven't met any compatriots from China. I will book this hotel again next time I go to Tokyo.

Excellent hotel, wonderfully helpful staff”
I was only able to stay for 3 nights, but the hotel was much better than I expected at this price. From the pajamas and slippers in my room to the collection of toiletries and other extras, I was very comfortable. My room had a beautiful view from the 13th floor across Shibuya of Mt. Fuji. I didn't have a chance to use the public baths. Beds are firm but comfortable, and the comforters wonderfulls plush and warm. If I had any complaint, it was that I prefer very soft pillows, and these were firm... but I built a sturdyside-table out of the ones I wasn't using, so that worked out OK.

Great solid hotel”
This is my experience as an English-speaker. I stayed here because I wanted to be close to the baseball stadium and look into it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were games being played in late November. The location is about a 8 min walk from the train station which is not bad for Tokyo. There's a convenience store on site, and a few more down the street. It's on the Ginza line so it's perfect for getting between Shibuya and Ginza. The address is Shinjuku but it's really on the very border, closer to Shibuya. Internet was fast, staff was friendly and helpful, everyone I spoke to was fluent in English.

Phenomenal hotel that is close to both Shinjuku and Shibuya area. While it is close to busy regions of Tokyo, the area around the hotel was very luxurious and quiet. I had no problem arriving at the hotel from Narita (via the Skyliner and Ginza line - Gaienmae station). When I arrived, the check-in service was amazing. Cleanliness and the view from the room were all amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. I would love to visit again.

I found this hotel for a last-minute trip to Tokyo, as my normal haunts were sold out or outrageously expensive. This hotel is tucked away on the edge of Harajuku/Aoyama next to the Swallows baseball stadium. The area is nice, a short walk to the Ginza Line subway station that can get you to Shibuya Station in about 5 minutes. There are restaurants and convenience stores on the same street. The public bath in the hotel was great, and the facilities are clean and modern. Great value for the price overall. My only real complaint is that the pillows were so uncomfortable. Going through the comments, it seems I’m not alone in this criticism. Seems like such an easy fix … That said, I would stay again (bringing a purchased pillow with me) if my favorite accommodations in more central locations were sold out or too pricey.

Great value for money in a quiet part of Tokyo”
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Several things we loved about this hotel: 1) It's in a quieter location of Tokyo. 2) Conveniently located; it's not too far by foot from Harajuku, Shibuya, Aoyama and Shinjuku. 3) It has a public bath that's very well-maintained and open until 1 am. 4) Staff was very welcoming and all spoke great English. The only thing we didn't like was the size of the room; but I think it's typical of mid-range Tokyo hotels. Highly recommend!

This hotel location is perfect for panning to see the cities of Tokyo! Clean and amazing staff! Love that there was always a taxi out front and the family mart in the downstairs area! Oh and the money changer machine in lobby! Have recommended to friend and family and will definitely stay again!

First time staying in this hotel and it was a great experience. Hotel room was really clean with all the necessary amenities. Love the quality of the shampoo and conditioner. Air purifier was provided as well. Special shout out to reception staff Mariko who was on duty on 2nd May in the morning. I was not feeling too well and needed advice on seeing a doctor and getting a prescription. Mariko went the extra mile to help me call the clinic, patiently translated and explained the situation.
