"Very easy to find, 5 minutes walks from JR Nishi-nippori station, Subway Chiyoda line and Keihintohuko line, so it very convenient to go around. Many food and convenient store around hotel, so easy to find food even late night. Check-in & out is fast. The room is big and very clean. Got all the facilities & amenities available. The bed is big and pillow are comfortable. The reception also very helpful, they speak Japanese, English and Mandarin, especial the young man, he give us good advise. The only cons Is It next to train track. It’s stop around 12.30am, but we back to hotel around 11.30-12 by the time we ready to sleep, the train already stop. The sound isn’t that loud. It sound like rain for 30 seconds. So it was not a big problem for us. Our room 601 is the nearest to the track, you can ask hotel to book the room furthest from the lift. Overall we’re very happy and will stay here again next time. "

"Enjoyed the stay here at Grand Nishi-Nippori. It's very near the Mikawashima JR Station so it's convenient to travelers who purchased the JR Pass. It also has a good location with a supermarket and 7-11 nearby. The family room we got are spacious with complete facilities. Really good value for the our money. Though we only have a brief encounter with the staff, everything that we needed we're all provided for. I would recommend this to families and groups of friends travelling together."
