Excellent location”

Right in the middle of city centre, very convenient location. Shopping, restaurants and eateries are at every corner. Room is clean and comfortable though the toilet is a little small. Perhaps this is rather common for hotel in Japan. Overall, it is a good stay.

The 22 sqm room was cramped but I would recommend the hotel for its location. The Yakitori resto across from the Hotel was excellent; Tempura Hirao around the corner from the Hotel was excellent as well. The Tenjin subway entrance was a few meters from the Hotel; walking distance to Don Quijote and all major malls. Next time, I would get a bigger size room.

Great location in the heart of Tenjin”

My family stayed at Nishitetsu Grand for 4 nights until January 1st, 2019. Location was perfect as it was close to everything, from convenience stores (family mart) to shopping (Zara, Forever 21, Addidas and etc) and restaurants (Ikinari steak, ippudo and Ichiran) all of them was within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Room size was average for 2 adults and 2 luggages. Will definitely recommend.

VERY good restaurant with good service and location. Just hope the room charge could go down a bit. One small suggestion, the water temperature is not stable, hope the staff would check it thoroughly.

Excellent”

We were a family group of 50 celebrating New Year. But it seems Japan and hotel not used to holiday celebrations and advised us that hotel, lobby n surroundings closes by 11.30 pm. initially had difficulty arranging for area in hotel where we could spend midnight but management was kind enough to eventually lease a function room even for just 2 hours. We thank management for understanding our need for family to be together on new year’s eve.
