Affordable and yet great hotel!”
Having stayed in so many hotels in Japan for the past years, I would say this hotel is exceptional, literally! One thing you would need in Japan is mobile wifi. And this hotel offers it for free! They have a phone (with literally all that you would need in Japan) which you can bring around with you until check-out date. So convenient! The hotel is in a prime location, but it doesn’t get unbearably noisy at night. There may be a few loud sounds esp on friday evening, but thats really negligible. It is in front of a river, so the views are great as well. They offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out so no need to worry about your luggage. There is so much more good to say, but yeah, simply stated, this hotel is really good. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone on the look for an affordable yet great hotel in Japan.

good centre location in tenjin, accessible to both gion and akasaka. staff speaks excellent english and very helpful, we forgot to bring an adaptor and borrowed from the hotel for 12 days while doing road trip in kyushu. clean room and good size in japan standard, will be our first choice if visiting fukuoka again.

VERY GOOD”
The location is good, near MTR station. The room is clean and big. The staffs are nice and polite, our room is face to the river, the scenery is beautiful. If the check in time could be adjust to 2pm and check out time to be 12:00pm will be good.

Enjoyable stay ”
Great location. Room is just right for two persons, with ample space to open luggage. We enjoyed our daily breakfast with a good view all around the river. Wifi in the room is spotty so we had to rely on our pocket wifi. There is no central airconditioning, so we had to open our windows for cooler air. Might be a problem if traveling with children.

Good location, just 10 mins walk from the TienJin JR station - convenient to go everywhere. Room small, but Clean & tidy, good enough for a night stay. Simple, but provide all you need. Can keep luggages in hotel after checkout, convenient! Service very good. Good value for money

The river view of my room is perfect. Sunrise and sunset views are beautiful and make you feel relaxing. The breakfast is very good and can keep the standard everyday. I would like to try the restaurant on G/F in my next visit to this hotel.

Good central location. Spacious room by Japan standards. Breakfast at the 13th floor was good with a view of the river. Wifi in the room is spotty so we had to rely on our pocket wifi. No central airconditioning, so we had to open our window for some air. Might be a problem if traveling with children.

Great location & strong shower but hard beds”
If only the beds were soft, and wifi was fast, i would give this place an exceptional rating. I wasnt able to sleep well because the beds and pillows were really hard! I hope the pillows were atleast soft I slept for only 2 hrs, i was so exhausted, and the checkout is early! 10am! I hope it was 11 atleast! What i love here is the shower. The pressure is 11/10! When i say strong water pressure, this is the winner!! Bathroom is of good size, i like that the toilet bowl and bath is in one room not like the other japanese inns. The walls are not that thick, u can hear the other room when they are talking loudly or laughing.u dont have to worry if they have blackout curtains coz theres a sliding wooden window to block the outside light. They have electric kettle to heat water, mini fridge, hair dryer which blows average just like the other inns. And oh btw, they have very slow wifi!! 😩 i hope they can improve the 2 most impt things: wifi and bed! The view is very nice, u can see the view of the river and buildings. Room is spacious compared to other motels. Great customer service. A/c cools well enough. My complaint is that i know i selected a non smoking room and i got the smoking floor, i was exhausted when i arrive the inn so i didnt think of changing our room. I put the a/c to high fan and the more i smelled the smoke so i wasnt really able to rest well. This is a nice place to stay if u dont mind a hard bed, but honestly, i will not check in in this place again coz of the bed and the wifi unless they improve these things

stayed 5 nights here. Room is big & clean. Location is conveinent. Lobby lounge had a nice river view. But too bad for the price i paid , i didnt get a river view in my room. Overall very happy with my stay in this hotel.

very good experience on this hotel. Location is good, very tidy area and room is not so small. Deep impression is the breakfast, they provide delicious food, mainly is a very good view on top floor where can see the river, so we enjoy so much. Sure will come to stay again in this hotel.

Strategic location”
Pro : easy access from Subway Tenjin Station exit 16. Walking distance to Yatai ( street food stall ) located beside the river, red light district, shopping and restaurants. The room is clean and breakfast was good. One convenient shop (Lawson) just next to the hotel. Con : as usual the room is small. Mirror too low in the room. Bathroom basin also too low that very difficult for washing and cleaning. No mineral water and spoon supply in the room.

You can do laundry with just 100yen You can leave your luggage Unlimited toiletries Cons Aircon not functioning well but good thing they provide electric fan Breakfast almost the same

It is just 5 mins walk from Tenjin Sunway Station, you can take subway directly from airport. Excellent location, family mart is next door, Ichiran main shop is across the bridge, yoshinoya and sukiya are 500m walking away from hotel. The only problem I faced was the aircond temperature is not consistent, feeling hot in the mid night.
