Nishitetsu Inn is located close to multiple train stations that go through all directions of Tokyo. It is situated by many bars and restaurants, and a short walk to Kabukicho. The staff was extremely helpful with check in, concierge service, and helping with takkyubin luggage shipping service. There is a coffee shop on premise which is perfect for a quick breakfast and meeting spot. There is also a full service restaurant in the lower level. Rooms are small but adequate; perfect for solo travelers but is snug for a travelling couple. It was quiet, clean, and relaxing.

Good deal ”
Nishitetsu Inn is a simple but clean hotel. My single room was typical size for a Tokyo hotel of that price , not large, but the use of space is smart. I had a table to work, refrigerator, typical robe, slippers and tea pot that you find in most Japanese hotels and the bathroom and shower were great. Excellent location, just a few steps from heart of Shinjuku and all kinds of shopping and restaurants as well as Shinjuku station.

Convenient location ”
Good location, Shinjuku Station just a 8-10mins walk away, which is convenient to travel around within or out of city area. Comfortable bed and room are very clean. With washers and dryers provided in some floors, I'm glad doesn't have to bring too much clothes for winter trip. Lobby area do have a comic corner that you can borrow the books, they have the latest comic, sadly I doesn't have time to finish them all! The cafe, great place to have my morning coffee fix, and it's good.

Stayed for 4 nights during my trip to Tokyo. The hotel is just a short walk opposite to Nishishinjuku station but some distance from the main Shinjuku station. Though the room was a bit small for 2, we enjoyed our stay - staff was helpful and friendly, amenities were great. There are many restaurants around the area, some are even open 24 hours. It is an easy walk to Kakubicho, where you can find Donki and many late night restaurants. Highly recommended!

Nice Hotel”
We only stayed here for one night and it was good. Staff let us leave our luggage for the day after we checked out and even gave us instructions how to get to our bus stop. There is a train station beside as well as a convenience store. Also near a lot of restaurants that are open even after midnight

If you are keen for shopping, would recommend this hotel as its at Shinjuku and Harujuku & Shibuya are just two or three stations away. Receptionist was welcoming too. Will definitely come back again.

Foreigner Friendly”
I had an excellent stay at Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku. It is within walking distance to covid PCR testing facilities for those who wish to shorten quarantine duration. It's also close to Shinjuku train station, various restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping malls where one can buy adapters if one's electronic devices don't use the standard Japanese plug. Staff respond to emails promptly and are also helpful towards those who don't understand Japanese. Good for solo travellers.

Great hotel location that's good value for money”
Well, it's a bit late to do the review of my Oct 2019 stay as COVID-19 changed the tourism world so much since then. Anyway, I hope that once the situation is over, tourism blooms in Tokyo once more. I highly recommend this hotel for the budget-conscious as the location is pretty good (i remember walking to Shinjuku daily quite easily and safely). Lot of food options nearby. And I also love the Cocoro cafe just at the lobby of this hotel. Cheers!

Excellent Hotel with Ideal location”
Found a great deal here on Agoda, The hotel was well located in Shinjuku only a few minutes walk from the station and close to the heart of shinjuku. Had a single room and was a nice size. Cleaned immaculately every day. Had everything you could want in a room with all the extras. Used the hotels parking on one night for 2k yen for the night. Staff were very attentive and helped with any request i had. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Brilliant location”
The room was well appointed, really clean & cozy. The staff were helpful & the laundry facility was a great extra. Super close to Shinjuku & one of the best okonomiyaki restaurants.

Awesome location”
Not too bad price. Location wise, this hotel is not located exactly above the main Shinjuku Station. But if you're very familiar with the Shinjuku area (like myself) you can basically make your way to the hotel and main Shinjuku Station (vice versa) by foot in 10 mins. Not too bad pricing.
