Room was small (but not squeezy) and cozy; typical Japanese size. We had sufficient walking space with 2 carry-ons laid out on the floor. Toiletries were provided - you can grab the free facial wash, cleansing oil, moisturiser, comb, shower towel etc etc. at the lobby. Hotel staff and receptionist were all really friendly and polite :) We looked forward to the breakfast every morning! They provide a buffet-style Japanese spread with a small salad/bread section for western travellers; breakfast selection was almost the same every morning but we're not picky eaters. This hotel is located within walking distance to the nearest train station and Tenjin underground shopping (all less than 10 mins) but yet far enough to be away from all the noise and crowd. My only complaint would be that the doors were a little thin and we could hear other guests walking by if they were loud enough, but we were honestly not bothered by that as it was minimal.

One can tell the hotel management is v thoughtful in providing particular services, such as a coffee/tea/juice machine in the lobby. I’m most impressed by their Housekeeping’s professional services — they even covered my unfinished drink and left a note to explain what they did. And when I put out the “Do not disturb” sign, they hanged my new towels and robe in a bag on the door knob and again, left me a note with the latest time to call for Housekeeping service.

we stay for 5 nights there and it was amazing. Breakfast menu same everyday but it was good. Staff also helpful and kind. Room quite small but it was ok. There were vending machine and wash machine you can use. Lift also available so it's convenient for you who have big luggage. If you see the picture that hotel near with railway, sometimes we heard the train passing but not disturbing. The location is also good, near with Tenjin area, bus stops and subway station, convenience store. Nothing to worry about!

Small noisy room but near the shopping mall”
The room is so small and very noisy as it faces to the train station. I woke up every morning so early because of the train. The location is a bit far away from the subway station and bus terminal. But still, it's near the Loft and the shopping street. The price is acceptable with breakfast included which is not bad.

Just a normal small room hotel for a few nights is ok”
The room is small, I know japanese rooms are small, but this felt like i was in a prison cell. But location is fantastic, Just next to electronics store, near to Donki and the main shopping street. It is cheaper than the other hotels.

Clean but too small rooms. Location is good for shopping and near restaurants. Simple breakfast to energize you for the day. Quite far from the orange subway line which is connected to the airport. Get off tenjin station and follow the way to tenjin minami station (green line), exit 12c west (but you can take 12b west exit escalator), head straight, pass by richmond hotel, then turn right upon reaching fukuoka toyota, go straight, cross the street and you'll see the hotel. Free drinks at the lobby and other toiletries. You may carry a mobile phone provided by the hotel to easily move around.

Far away from Tenjin area”
The price is affordable. Free breakfast is provided, yet food choice is limited. Free drink bar is provided at the lobby, which I appreciate. Yet, the hotel is very far away from Tenjin subway station, which takes more than a 15-minute walk. It is not located at the hub of Tenjin area either with very limited shops and restaurants nearby. Overall speaking, the hotel itself is acceptable, but the location is far from satisfactory. I recommend people who would like to enjoy the food and night life of Fukuoka book a hotel in the proximity of Tenjin subway station rather than this hotel.
