Good hotel with clean and enough ammenities”
Hotel is quite close from 国際通り(kokusai dori, international avenue) and close from the 市庁舎前(Shicho sha mae, City Hole) mono-rail station. Very clean and convenient to travel around the Naha city. I was staying there for 2days to do remote work. Desk was not that big, but table and sofa was very comfortable enough to work whole the day. One thing I was disappointed a little about was that, here is not that kinda Resort hotel, but business hotel. I expected that here is resort hotel, like having a balcony or terrace and bars if possible since it has the term RESORT in its name. So, if you are wanting to have a more laxual stay, probably better to choose another place. However, the hotel's service quality is far above its price and I could really have a nice stay. Thanks!

The only issues I really had were the bed being a bit too hard and the shower temperature never quite being hot enough, and water temperature in general fluctuating constantly when using the shower. On a side note, fresh towels were delivered everyday when I chose not to be disturbed. While not really a bad thing, I didn't need fresh towels every single day, so I did end up with a bit if a collection of towels stacked up like sandbags in the room.

its about 8 mins walk from the kencho mae station. within walking distance to kokusai st where' all the restaurants & soveneir shops located at. its very convenient. i stayed at a single room, room size is sufficient as u can't expect too much in japan. it's clean n cozy with comfy simmons mattress. staff was friendly with good speaking english. definitely ll recommend this hotel if ur traveling to naha.

The place is very pictoresc on top of a beautiful mountain in Naha. The room is spacious, quiet and very private. Staff is extremely friendly and speak good English. You should try their breakfast which is delivered to the room in fresh gourmet style. Hotel has bikes and snorkels that you can borrow, beaches in the area are beautiful!

Would be a perfect trip if the hotel staff or the taxi driver had told us that Okinawa Internation Airport only open its door at 7am when the hotel helped us book the taxi, we would have avoided waiting in the cold windy outdoor for 30 minutes.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It is 5 mins walk away from Kenchomae Yui Rail Station, 10 mins walk away from the Kokusaidori and surrounded by convenience stores and even a drugstore. Not sure if I got a free upgrade but my room had a queen bed and was more spacious than I expected. Although I read from some reviews that the wifi seemed to be unstable at times, I had no connection issues during my stay. It was really thoughtful for them to provide make-up remover and toner at the lobby too. I had a small accident and broke the plastic attachment of the hairdryer. While I was already thankful that I was not asked to compensate, they immediately provided me with a replacement. The service is impeccable and really kind. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend!!!! Nice hotel with reasonable price. The reception is super nice and capable of English. The room is big enough for two people with two 3/4 double beds. Every necessity is equipped and even can get many free sample from the recepion. Tableware is also available in the reception. Car parking in the hotel costs 1200yen but you can find some cheaper ones nearby( but the cheaper ones usually run off quickly). Family Mart is opposite to the hotel. Bank for foreign money exchange is in 5mins walk. Kokusai Shopping Street is in 10mins walk.

Very clean, nice hotel in Naha. Interior design not super glamour, but you have everything you need. Bathroom looks like new! No wi fi in room only LAN cable. Staff can't speak English ! U cannot invited any ody to your room. Quite expensive

The room is small but it's still good fit for opening 2 suitcases. Pretty clean and new inside the room and hotel as a whole, parking is inside the hotel which is very convenient for us. And the main shopping area is about 10 mins walk only with convenient store right opposite to our hotel.

They are kind and willing to provide any service or question you need. The most important that for 1 day I made mistake to have 2 room reservations, they discovered that and called agoda agent to cancel one for free. We had a twin room, the bathroom is good and clean. I like this hotel very much! They make me feel home.

Located within 5 min walking from Prefectural Office station, and 10 min walk to the Kokusai Dori shopping street, very convenient. Several eateries outlets also found around the hotel. Room size is comfortable and service staff speaks reasonably good English ! Enjoyable stay indeed.

I was a little disappointed in the room size, actually much smaller compared to whats 'advertised' however, served its purpose. Overall Good hotel for basing yourself in Naha for touring. Good Car park facilities and relatively cheap.

Although heavy rain for a couple of days, we had a fabulous time, taking photos at the waves and beach. The hotel is isolated from rest of the city, but there are plenty to do in the hotel, different restaurants to try out.
