Hotel was very good the location, facilities , room, service (All prayers can be done in Alharam)I like this hotel So, this is not the best hotel close to Haram but, one of the best.

Best and one of the closest location”
We had a nice stay tough it was short but we had a comfortable stay and best thing was the facility that was close to Haram and in the comparatively less crowded side. Queen size bed was comparatively small for two peoples and I would like to suggest the travellers to see it and request to change if it doesn’t fit your needs.

This place was value for money, had a nice buffet, and was extremly close to the Haram Masjid. I had no issues with the elevator bieng over crowded. Overall pretty good indeed.

Never Book from Agoda”
Agoda charged much higher conversion rates. The conversation from SAR to AED is 0.98 but they charge 5% more which is 1.2 for my other booking. They accept this issue one time and refund for the first booking but for the 2nd one they refused. Double Standards!

Good in general ************** but this price should include breakfast same other similar hotels water supply at the shower need testing and adjusting so v- hot water suddenly flow staff at reception 11 pm night duty should arrive to serve early ,other wise previose staff must stay Best regards Eng Khalid

The hotel is good but support services are very bad. They advertised there is a Turkish barbershop. ”

A neat hotel with excellent proximity to Haram”
Anjum is a very good hotel almost all regards. But there is downside which is ugly. If you are a guest and you are visiting by your car, they charge a hefty parking. 24 sar for an hour and 120 sar overnight. DUH!?. Haven't come across anything like this before. If i have a booking in the hotel why should i be charged for parking my car at all. 120 sar??? This is crazy!!!.

Staff at the front desk are generally not helpful. You have to speak directly to management to get basic duties resolved. The hotel is beautiful and is kept well clean all thanks to the cleaners who do a wonderful job. Lovely restaurants and lounge area both inside and outside the hotel. Due to the location it can take about a 10minute walk to get to the haram and shopping areas.

For the next 30 mins, eventually went down to reception, took another 15 minutes to get hold of someone ! Absolute shambles when it takes you 1.5 hours to get into your room...
