Over het algemeen wel Ok. Enige minpunt: op dag 1 werd gezegd dat we onze valiezen op de laatste dag daar konden laten tot we naar het vliegveld moesten gaan. Op laatste dag bleek dat dit niet gratis was maar dat we daar 15 pond voor moesten betalen.

I thought the €350 deposit and the fact they freeze it on your card for a week or so is a bit inconvient. I assumed it would be released when the room was checked and all was ok. Other than that the apartment is perfect.

A good stayover option”
Excellent for shopping, food and the MEN Arena. Basic but clean. Couldn’t find a hairdryer. I would definitely use again.

Everything is good. Just that the lift is out of service throughout my 3nights stay, have to climb stairs everytime. Luckily we change from lvl 5 to lvl 3. Carrying the luggage is no joke.

Friendly and helpful, Mohammad and Arki were very helpful even they cannot find my booking when I arrive midnight, they give me a room to settle until the next day when they were able to find my booking.

The apartment is very close to Victoria Station and you can find almost anything nearby; restaurants, shops, convenient stores, and Manchester Arndale is just across the street.

overall other than the location and the staff, most of it is on average or slightly below. the room that i booked, the toilet and bedroom is clean but the door handle has broke and you could hear sound from other apartment as well.

Must admit rather disappointed with this place a cracked plug so couldn't use that and the front door handle was loose and also the lift had a problem. Also was billed £50 but when arrived had to pay £50 plus £100 extra never again.

Wash machine was broken! When I decided to wash my clothing it started to leak and had damage the whole apartment in water! You where walking around in podles and didnt clear up till the 3rd day in! I had to put towels down and constantly running for fresh towels! The repectationest was very kindly and contacted the people to come fix the problem but no one came! So we where stuck till the Monday when we were travelling back home! The other thing is the repectationest took 100 pound off me for arrival encase damage and stolening which I thought was unacceptable as they never advistred it online! Still havent transferred it back in and she was very cheeky as she wasnt going to give me my room key if I didnt give her the money😂😂 for there she didnt care if I was left on the street and she also wasnt going to refund me my money that I paid for either that is out of order completely! The rooms also have a very bad smell right down to the repectationest and the beds are hard to sleep on definitely not what I expected when going through the photos! They lift is very unstable as it is slow and sounds like water is coming through it! The best part of staying here was the location as you where in the middle of everything!

Very good location with a variety of restaurants nearby. Baywater and Queensway underground stations are within walking distance. Spacious apartment and clean rooms with comfortable beds. However, the water heater was not working and though front desk was informed since day one, it remained such throughout our 6 day stay. The lift too was faulty from Day 3 and we had to walk up to our apartment on the fifth floor. Good thing was that when we checked out, the receptionist got a personnel to us help carry our luggage down. Would be good if Atana could offer housekeeping services.

Excellent location for shopping. Receptionist/Front desk was friendly person. Lift is broken, had to climb the stairs with our luggages. Lots of broken doors as well. It was too noisy, we could hear everything outside (we had all windows and doors closed). Hence, could not sleep all night. Overall, okay to stay for the night but the building needs a lot of maintenance.

Not a single person informed us nor were notices put up to inform us that there would not be running water on our final day there. The same goes to repairs on the lifts. No notices at all. Think about carrying huge luggages down from the 5th floor! Everyone should be informed on these matters in advance so preparations could be made. Having no water and not being informed earlier is the worst. And the staff on duty that day was of no help ad he did not kmow anything about it.

Location was fantastic but the apartment is right next to a club you can feel the vibrations and as our room was facing the street it was extremely noisy. The room is clean but has a lot of wear and tear and the finish to the room was poor. We booked last minute and paid £167 for a studio which was the cheapest we could find in Manchester on our date. If booked more than a month in advance you can get the same room for about £65- 80. It is value for money at that price but my expectations were higher given the price I had paid. It’s all about supply and demand so the lessen is avoid if wanting a romantic weekend and book in advance if you are there to party
