Umrah Visit”
Very close to Masjidul Al Nabawi, breakfast has great. The location is perfect, close to Gate 1 & Saptco VIP bus from Makkah depart & arrive here. They have given me Club Floor, room size is reasonable & housekeeping well attended & they did provide extra water bottles, Nespresso coffee. Will come back again

The staff were great. Initially I didn’t have the best experience with a staff member named Nazrul but I soon realised that this was through no fault of his. I apologised and he did actually provide us with excellent customer service. The rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and pleasant. Housekeeping standards weren’t the best but the location made up for it I guess! Not far from the mosque but this is for the back of the mosque. For ladies it was a long walk to get to the prayer area so maybe this is not ideal for older ladies who may struggle to walk long distances. The hotel is poorly lit- including rooms- so not the best for people with visual impairments. The food is awful and very expensive. Other than that I would recommend due to location and staff.

Prophet's Mosque visit”
Guys in reception are great and very polite in dealing with guests. House keeping is really bad ( maybe only during this covid19 times... I do not know) Be careful of parking fees if you have a car with you.

Parking issue ”
Doesn't provide free parking, also overprice its charges 50sr for one day. It gives you no choice but to accept the fees, because of hussle of finding a parking space when you already exhausted of traveling.

Room AC having issues”
The AC of the Room is not working fine . We requested to them they allow us to change the room , after that we change 3 rooms it was so difficult for us to changing rooms. But the issue remains same their AC are not worked fine this is our second time experience with them. They should work on this their ACS are like FAN not a AC

The room AC was very week we complain 2 3 times but they can't able to resolve.”
the breakfast was very basic and incomplete we can't say that this is the breakfast for crown plaza. The breakfast was 2 star hotel standard.

Deluxe twin bed ”
I got a deluxe room but it was not to the expectations. The furniture is tired, from the closet to the sofa. I asked to change the room, the manager in the evening was great he immediately obliged. The other room was better but not as deluxe. The hotel needs to upgrade the facility. Breakfast was great, dinner was excellent and good quantity. Staff is good but the facility is old and tired. Not worth the money. The saving grace is staff and food.
