the service was good, really near from vitoria station (5 mins walk) so if you need to travel to other cities really helpfull, but to manchaster picadelly it takes 13 mins. breakfast menu was good

Bathroom and bedding were modern, soft and clean. I would suggest a bit more cleaning in the provided tea cups and tray kept in closet needed. Would have also preferred option of still & regular water in mini-fridge.

I managed to get a great deal for room only £65 per night so for that I can't quibble, room was small and dark and sink was blocked breakfast is pricey for what you get, so don't pay the Room with breakfast included, go next door to Cafe North which is open from 7.30 am for an amazing fresh breakfast at a better price and a lot of options. Hotel is pretty central, and the free bus is across the road (No 2) from the bus station. Staff were great, and very helpful

comfy bed and good location. Staff at check in are good but something funny with my credit card record. The staff said the credit card that i used wasnt match with the one that i showed him. It took him awhile to find out why and he said this is they way Agoda do which they will use a third party credit card for booking the room. I got my room at the end but found it very strange. Very bad breakfast though.and we paid for that as well on top of the room rate. Highly NOT recommend to include in your booking and rather have it outside. Staff in the restaurant is not nice neither, maybe due to working on the 3rd day after Christmas day? not sure. There is a very nice food court(very beautiful decor one) a block behind with good cafe and nice food.

Great location, in need of some renovation”
This hotel has an a very convenient location, close to the centre as well as the increasingly cool Northern Quarter. Rooms are small and dark and starting to show their age, I have stayed here many times before and this time in particular the room had a small window and inadequate lighting. The ladies at reception have always been super friendly and helpful. I’d consider staying here again for the location, but with the addition of great hotels recently in Manchester like the Dakota, I may start going elsewhere.

good value, receptionist with an attitude ”
Thought I booked a double bed room, instead was put in single queen sized bed room. The receptionist with the sassy attitude made me go back to the lobby just so he can "mansplain" to me that I made a request and requests don't always get fulfilled...other decent hotels know to email beforehand to let customers know

I ordered a cake and paid directly to the chef at counter to celebrate the kid birthday and chef asked the room no and will send when it’s done but got the phone call from someone said cake are ready but need to pay for delivery, the first odd, ok, then I go down to pick up but the guy told me that need to pay I told him already paid to the chef, then I ready to go but he said the display beside the cake like cream and fruits need to pay extra, I just looked at him with big wonder odd face , speechless, this is crown service , never again!

We found out that hotel do valet parking only the day we were checking out from a female staff in the reception who was very helpful. Concierge was not available when we arrived at night and nowhere to stop the car In front of the hotel to drop the luggage except for two minutes. House keeping was not done properly and telephone s didn’t work in the room. Had to use mobile to call the reception. Services definitely need to be improved and staff training.

We booked 2 room with 8 person. Before we booked it allowed 1 room for 4 person. And we already pay. But when we checked in , their staff said 1 room only for 2 person if want 4 person we must pay £30 per person per night. Wow we must added total £240. So i complained with his manager but their said it was not their fault. They said agoda fault or my fault. We wait until 3 hour in the lobby to argument with them. We called agoda to help , and agoda called hotel to solved this problem. But the result is hotel still rejected me. We called again to agoda to solved this problem. After 3 hour finally they allowed us to stay 1 room 4 person without any cost. So be careful with this hotel. Make sure before you check in. Dont want if you asking additional charge from this hotel. Too many trap in this hotel.

Good location with 5 mins walk to Arndale Shopping Mall. Food is fresh and delicious. Cleaniness excellent and all staff are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Loved it. Comfy room. Great brekkie. Only downside is I asked for an early check in and had to wait 2.5 hrs. Reception staff said they would let me know when it was available. They didn’t bi should have been more assertive. We did get a free drinks voucher though. All in all , a great experience.

Club room is amazing ”
Nice hotel..Room on the smaller size but we were only there overnight. Checked in and went to the club room for snacks and drinks. It was plentiful! The free breakfast was a buffet and there was a lot to choose from. The front desk was great booking a taxi for us to the airport. Not sure about location as we didn’t leave the hotel to look around. I’d go back!
