Only about 500m walking distance to Al Haram. Easy access to a lot of other places because there are unlimited taxis in front of the hotel. Excellent hospitality by the staff, very clean room, good facilities in the room, there's minibar, hairdryer,safe box and others. Will come again in the future...

The residence inthe hotel was very comfortable, in the near of the Haram. The reception team's are very kind and friendly especially Sahar. They are all professional .The rrstaurant also the breakfast is good, thanks Mr.Ali and Mohamed. I very recommande the quality of service in this hotel

Every thing was great but in Agoda mentioned that chick in from 8.30 AM ,when I called the hotel they said not allowed at that time according to their policy. I was lucky to ask before coming by enough time

smooth and fast check-in, lobby is spacious, (double) room was very spacious, bed were comfortable. The room was cleaned on 'demand', but it was easy to get any missing items from the housekeeper. location is not bad with a reasonable walk to the distance (~5min max), which ends right in front of an entrance that brings you directly to the upper level. The mall underneath Safwa and Tawhid hotel is on your way which is very convenient for restaurant/barber (after Omrah)/shopping options. Very good value for the price. Disliked · Due to covid restriction, breakfast was actually provided in boxes format which doesn't let you really choose, so my son didn't really eat it. They should be at least a second choice with adapted menu for kids. Room Carpet can be shampooed and better cleaned. Same thing for the windows.

Great location close to the Haram. Staff and services were good would definitely recommend and stay again. Unfortunately I received a small room was bit difficult with baby and pram but staff tried to accommodate next time will ask for suitable room when checking in!

It is 700 metres from Haram. You can walk up to the Haram in 5 minutes. The guy at the reception was very kind to gave us two adjacent rooms which had a common door in between as were five family members. Just outside the hotel main entrance is a pick up point so that taxis are easily available round the clock and therfore you can get a cab quickly. Their restaurant serves arabic breakfast only.

Good breakfast, clean room, 5 minutes walk from Haram gate. Highly recommended, close to malls and restaurants. Only negative is the small room area which is common in all Makkah hotels House keeping is responsive.
