Good hotel with good location and friendly staff. Wish there were more people answering the phone when Zero is pressed from the room. The answering was too long. But everything else is very goooood!!!!!!!

The hotel was connected to a huge mall. The breakfast buffet was outstanding especially for us being vegan. All requests were completed in a timely manner. Will go back again!!

It was a good stay! The hotel was comfortable and the staff superb! There was a staff member who was particularly helpful, accommodating and shared his knowledge about the hotel and the mall with us. His name mohamad sharabi he is a good gentleman if you guys have questions ask him. Actually i wanna thanks him for his respect and beautiful Moral it was a wonderful experience.

My stay was extremely comfortable. A beautiful hotel surrounded by wonderful staff and special thanks to alhanuf alzahrani she was very helpful person and very gentle she arranged everything i need from breakfast to spa It was a wonderful experience. Good hospitality

Enjoyable stay. Staff were friendly although there was a delay in check in. There is no an executive service available. Th room is clean and has a nice location, sea view and inside one of the biggest mall in Jeddah. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and has a variety of choices.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got a room upgrade which was a nice surprise. The only downside was the fridge was broken but they wouldn't replace it or fix it?! Due to the hotel being full they couldn't get another from another room or buy one. Hotel due to be refurbished apparently is the reason but still inconvenient. Otherwise all good.

Toilet was not clean on the arrival day , smelly rooms , i changed them but still the same smell Bed was clean and comfortable , staff were friendly.

The bed sheets and pillows weren't clean , I was put in a smoking floor although I suffer from asthma and I've informed the receptionist but they didn't change room. The breakfast and the location were the only good things about this hotel otherwise everything else was below average.

I was shocked after got my room which was: * Very dirty and not clean * Refrigerator NOT cooling at all * No Coffee cups ( Glass ) and also no cups for tooth brush in bath room * No TV work due to network not working * Delay for service request
