Good location to the grand mosque”
Everything was excellent apart from the airport transfer issue. The website advert free airport transfer but booking time no airport transfer time not available. After number of email and phone calls Agoda agreed that they will reimburse the taxi fare for airport to the hotel. When we arrived at the airport we didn’t see any driver was waiting for us. When we enquired with the hotel they said the driver went to the airport and waiting for us. We didn’t receive no phone calls / texts from the driver or hotel for the arrangement. We had to arranged our own transport arrangement to the hotel. My recommendation will be communication with the should be given more priority.

Hotel was very good. Location a little bit hilly but there is a shuttle service. Staff are great, Mr Rustom in house keeping was really nice and helpful, great having such people, and not to forget that all other team member are really good and doing good .Room was big, restaurant was spacious with variety of food, but please do something with the smell, we go ready to leave to AL-Haram after breakfast but we smell too much. you could update your policy toward infant and kids at restaurant. Baby cot is not comfortable and not safe, it has depth difficult to put and take out baby, it needs rounded cover as I face my son had his leg(Knee) stuck between the wood columns of the cot.

This was the best family holiday ever. The hotel is located just a few hundred yards off the Haram yet not too close to the crowds and markets that pester most other hotels in the area. We had a small issue with finding connected rooms, but with intervention from the manager, Amr, the issue was solved within hours. The manager and his staff are committed to optimising customer satisfaction. They often check on you and have seen several surveys Conducted during the 11 nights I was there. Rafiq, the restaurant manager is amazing team leader. You feel that he is checking on every customer in the morning. I have already decided to stay there during my next Umra trip whether solo or with my family.

The hotel is very strategic location near Masjidi Haram...the most important thing is staff very friendly and helpful. Chef Noor Hisham is very friendly as well as his waiter Bambang and Suhardi very polite and helpful. House keeper Mohamad Zainulaabidin who serve our room 1802 is very2 nice and friendly too...front Bell counter Samad Bhen also very friendly and helpfull. All of them i can give full mark 10.

This is a very good hotel, location is 6 min walk from the white marble area, 10 min from the new extension, 15-20 min from the Mataf area. The hotel is very clean, only reason I have given this a 4 stars is because we had booked 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms was not cleaned for 2 days even though we had the sign up to 'Make our room', and when I called they rectified it, if this did not occur I would not have hesitated to give it 5 stars. Staff were friendly esp in the breakfast area, very warm.... and facilities is nice, the room is spacious and the shower room is spacious too. Wide range of choices from breakfast. There is a bus that take you from the hotel down near to shops, we found it easier to walk and exit from the back of the hotel which leads you straight down to the mosque.

I had a comfortable stay. Room was spacious and clean and service is good. It is on the hill and customers will have to take bus to reach hotel but bus was available 24 hours I never had to wait.

Location quite far to make a 5x walk to Haram, even if u use the shuttle bus.”
We stay for 7 nights in the partial Haram view room. Staffs at the restaurant are all super friendly. Need to improve on house keeping tho. We only requsted for 2 times to make our room but on the 2nd time, they didnt clean our room properly, even the shower area still left as it is, coffee mugs werent cleaned etc etc. We re too tired to complain or ask for 2nd round clean up due to umroh schedule. Anyhow, we love the special hot milk tea, fresh juices and latte during breakfast. and perhaps, hotel need to be more generous to provide mire drinking water rather than only 4bottles of 350ml daily, its a hassle to carry heavy drinking water bottle since u still need to hop on the shuttle bus to go to the closest store.
