Ideaal hotel voor een citytrip. Het ontbijt is basic, maar goed verzorgd. Wil je wat afwisseling? In de omgeving liggen tal van eetgelegenheden waar je terecht kunt voor een lekker en uitgebreid (Engels) ontbijt.

The stay was wonderful enjoyed the lovely responses from lovely staff room was super .Excellent location n tasty breakfast. The only problem was parking. You need to go around to find one.what I suggest hotel should provide parking to give more comfort to the guest.over all bravo.

A 4 * hotel”
We found the hotel a bit tucked away, in town, just a short walk away with shops & restaurants. The hotel was very clean & the staff are very acommodating. Unfortunately, there wasn't a great deal of food to purchase as an evening snack or meal. We think this was due to covid regulations or staffing problems. We were given 2 options a pizza or a panini. There was a fully equipped bar with familiar drinks on tap & in bottle. Televisions on the walls with news channels which were subtitled with no sound with music in the background. There was a terrific, help yourself, hot breakfast with machines of d.i.y. toast, different coffee's & fruit juices. The hotel bar-lounge-eating area is large and very stylish. There were 2 lifts & stairs to all the 8 floor single/double/triple bedroom accommodation. Our room consisted of a very stylish black & white tiled, large door opening to a power-shower. There is a large mirrored tiled wall with fitted wc & sink, which looked brand new but obviously cleaned by professionals. Our bedroom was lovely but unfortunately i found the bed was too soft and very easily we could roll off the end. I did find the pillows given were perfect, 1 soft & 1 medium to firm, to accommodate different kinds of sleepers. Plenty of tea/coffee with a built-in tray for the kettle to power point which I found great. We found the tv was a bit small for the room but had multi channels provided. There is a large window with no option to be opened as its just plain glass. I did have problems working out the heating, it was very cold during the evening & night. Sadly, we agreed & decided to give up on it. But as a overnight stay, its a great hotel. Thankyou so much for the hospitality we had as a loved up couple xxx

The hotel location, check-in and the room are all excellent. We slept really well, there were no problems with noise. Breakfast was just far too busy. There were people constantly walking right next to our dining table attemptibg to get to the serving area, making our breakfast a truly unmemorable experience. My wife didn't enjoy the food itself and my own thoughts are that it could be far better. In summary, the hotel is in a great location with parking available just across the road - but you may want to consider eating breakfast out, such as at one of the many cafes in the Northern Quarter (e.g. 33 Oldham St, Ezra & Gil).

Brief stay - excellent”
Very clean & comfortable rooms - was higher up to avoid any potential city traffic noise. Convenient city center location for Arndale Center, other retail, restaurants, metro link & Victoria Station trains. Very tasty breakfast. Very professional front desk staff during my brief visit. Highly recommended for short visits.

Excellent stay. Fantastic place and staff. Bit expensive for one night, but saying that it was brilliant. Superb breakfast in the morning. Staff very polite and reception most helpful. Would not stay anywhere else in Manchester on our return.

Great hotel Good for going to the Arena My only problem was the bed and pillows Bed was really soft and pillows were so hard I had difficulty sleeping but that's just me I prefer a soft pillow and firmer bed Otherwise great stay

The room was clean and you are assured that linens were changed before your check in. Breakfast is nice - continental (buffet). Had an amazing time. Will definitely be back!

Room clean and location convenience”
Hotel is located in City Centre, very convenience. Shopping, eating is easy. Room is looked a bit small but is tidy, clean and bed is comfortable and have good sleep. Staffs are nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
