Fantastic experience ”
I had a brilliant stay here. The hotel manager (who spoke great English) was kind enough to arrange for a taxi driver he knew to take me to all the best local tourist spots for a really reasonable price and afterwards we had coffee in the hotel’s lovely cafe. I am a solo female traveler and the staff were welcoming, the facilities clean and the hotel a lovely traditional and relaxing stay. Location was great right on a street full of small boutique shops and food stands. Would stay again!

Clean, cute, and helpful staff”
This modern traditional hanok is extremely clean and cute. They even have free rental of hanbok (traditional clothing) for guests to take pictures in. Staff is wonderfully helpful. The toilet was showing signs of being clogged but that was fixed immediately. 10/10 would stay again

Overall good for a staycation stay, mainly Korean travellers and English communication in hotel and area is little to none, interesting hanok stay :) recommended if willing to try!

Traditional Hanok”
Centre of the town. Easy walk to anywhere. Surrounded by good restaurants and a nice bakery which is part of the hotel serves good baked goods. The room is modest with traditional beddings you roll out yourself, interesting experience if you are trying for the first time sleeping on the ground. Bathroom is heated on the ground, remember to wear slippers!

Very pretty but no soundproofing”
When I arrived in the evening was v pleasantly surprised that the grounds were so pretty. Location also can't be beat. However, the sole staff on that day was curt and not friendly, and more importantly, the rooms are not soundproof at all. Unfortunately, the older ladies next door were chatting themselves up from 4am till the morning w no sense of any courtesy to others and I ended up spending all night up :(

Great experience ”
This is a great location. Free parking. Park your car and walk to the tombs, the observatory and many cafes and restaurants. Great experience for foreign travelers!! The koi pond was a hit with the kids. 1,000 won for fish food.

Fantastic location and traditional hanok experience”
This location was perfect for going to all the main attractions in Gyongju. The interior of the room was lovely with traditional Korean futons and artistically coloured bedding to match. We loved how the windows opened onto the beautiful courtyard. Also had a very strong, powerful shower which I didn't expect.

Good hanok hotel!”
We stayed two nights. The location is very good...very easy to get meals, buy souvenirs, look at the tombs etc. However walls are very thin we can hear our next door 'neighbours' chatting away until after midnight. If I could speak Korean I might have joined the conversation through the walls... The staff speak good English. We asked them to help us book taxi to Bulguksa temple (KRW 18,000) and to bus station (KRW 3,300). Btw, it is better to come by bus instead of train to Gyeongju as the bus station is very close to city center.

Hanok experience”
Stayed for the experience. Can sleep 3 with 3 mattress. Floor in the room and bathroom are heated. Very pretty place and 3mins walk to shopping street. Sound insulation not as good. Whenever neighbours open or shut their door too hard, we will hear it. Enjoyed the stay.

Fair experience with Hanok”
The room floor is so hot that I cannot sleep well throughout the night. There is no instructions on how to lower the temperature. The good points are close to historic sites and beautiful inner garden. Not many stores nearby operating at night.

Pretty Hanok in a good location”
Great location with a really pretty exterior. Room was slightly small and rather basic but value for money. highly recommend for anyone who wants to try an authentic hanok experience.

Good location, walking distance to bus terminal and main tourist attraction area, friendly staff and clean room, room size big enough for 3 persons, but toilet shower head build on top of toilet bowl so small space for shower. Many shop and restaurant near the hotel.

Lovely Hanok”
- The amenities were very basic and we loved it - The room and restroom were clean too - near to a lot of stores, bakery, cafes, amd restaurants - it was such a lovely place and we wished we could have stayed another night - they also allow you to use the hanboks for free with limited time - we would love to stay here again when we come back.

A must experience ”
Canadian traveller here. It was a last minute booking, but I was able to get a spot despite how booked it can be especially during the summer. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I appreciated that they allowed me to check in 1 hour before as my bus arrived earlier than I anticipated. This experience is a must when in Korea and when you visit this traditional town. It’s a memorable experience for myself and my family that I would suggest this to all my friends/family members back at home. You have all your toiletries and a shower. You also have a mini fridge available. There is also parking available. The best part is not only sleeping there but the beautiful complex itself during the day time and night time. It is very central to all the main attractions which is helpful if your time is limited. Would return and recommend this - I rate this 5 stars and more if I could. Thank you for the experience!

The location was really good The interior view was also good The quilt was less clean, and the staff was unkind He didn't even mention that morning was possible The staff is the worst
