Hotel was very clean and cute. My room was large and had everything I needed. The staff were wonderful and easy to deal with. Excellent value for the money. Water and juice was free in room as well. Free shuttle to/from ICN was awesome. Highly recommend

This is my third time staying here, love the stuff members, and the van driver, they are all really nice. The room was great, hot water, air-condition are all good as well, just one little advice, I think they are using to much bleach on the towel, can smell it very strongly.

Clean comfortable room~American breakfast was OK~Staff told me about the free monorail back to the airport if you miss the shuttle~monorail 2 blocks from hotel~

It’s about a 15 minute drive from the airport but that’s okay because they offer shuttle service. There is a restaurant there. The quality of the food is okay. The room and hotel are very nice and clean. The staff is friendly.

I liked the proximity to the airport. We arrived past midnight and we did not have a problem getting to the hotel. They have shuttle service until 11:30 pm. You can also take a taxi foe around 9000-12000 won. The floors were super warm in the cold winter, the room was cozy. They also have a shuttle going back to the airport for free. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was huge and comfortable, fridge and kettle, drinking water available, cafe and restaurant on site, great shuttle service, close to metro. Not much around, small 7/11, some eateries but close early. Was good for our 1 night stay before flying out. Staff were helpful, nice quiet vibe.

Nice hotel. The only problem is it takes time to get there. Shuttle bus provided to T1 only, from there need another bus to get to T2. Room nice, breakfast ok. All was fine.

Clean rooms and attentive staff. Book if you are arriving at Incheon late night and loolimg for a place to stay. You may have to take a taxi though as free shuttle is only available until 11:30pm

Okay for a brief overnight stopover. Discovered that the shuttle bus only goes between the hotel & Terminal 1. Airport shuttle bus between T1 & T2 took 20 minutes waiting & then 20 minutes travel time (the terminals are a long way apart!!) After then waiting 20 mins for hotel shuttle it made a total of 90 mins to get to the hotel.....so unless arriving at T1 I would not stay here again. Apart from that the hotel itself was adequate for a stopover.

We stayed overnight the manager was very nice but the room smelled cigarette, we only had one big towel and the bed had a plastic mattress protector that felt like sleeping in a bag. I think that if the sheets were better I’d had better rest. In addition in the morning we couldn’t find a taxi 7am. Fortunately the air train station is 5 min walking distance and we took it. We payed very good price so that’s why I rate it satisfactory.

Good for money and very close if you have an early flight to the airport. The rooms were really big, but small corridors. There is barely anything to do around the hotel.

Excellent free shuttle service”
We were picked up shortly after a call made,the same way back to airport (terminal1). The room itself looks very English style but some unsatisfactory and in not working condition like jacuzzi,not enough toiletries and hand-sized towel.The receptionist gives you sour-faced if you ask more.But shuttle drivers are quite good and caring person.No problem looking for eatery,many restaurants sell around 10k won per pax.

No one was present at the front desk and the staff at the register had an attitude when checking me in. Bad attitude and customer service experience. Would not recommend at all.
