Best place and Helen is amazing!”
We still haven’t checked out- but this place is amazing! And even more incredible than the place itself is the hospitality of the host: Helen. We arrived to a fresh hot loaf of bread - the best ever and some butter, jam, milk and juice. Tonight she brought us some cookies! The farm stay is amazing and there are a few lovely horses, sheep and a dog - you can also see the cows next door. We just loved it all! The facilities are new, the kitchen looks brand new and we felt we were the first to use a number of of the things around the chalet! Location wise it’s only 5 minutes drive to town - but you need your own car to stay here. Will definitely return!

We felt that the linens had an unpleasant smell l. The water system was terrible. The water was so cold when we were washing our hands at the sink in the kitchen and also the bathroom. Moreover, it was winter. There were 3 of us but my wife did not even have enough hot water to shower. We wanted to use the hot tub but there wasn't even enough hot water to use. It was an unpleasant stay for us as we were feeling so cold during winter already yet this happens.

Friendly host and an excellent place for farm stay”
Enjoyed the accompaniment of Duke and Bolt, who are the house dogs. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Watched Lord of the Rings and Hobbits in the house. An ideal lazy stay for us after a week long of travels.

Good stay at Kepler!”
We stayed a total of 2 nights to visit Milford Sound and the cottage was really a nice place to be at. Lovely, friendly dogs and animals and Helen was kind to give my boy free rides on her pony and let us feed the animals. The kitchen was awesome and well-equipped with pots, pan and condiments. Only thing missing is a dishwasher but Helen was so sweet and offered to clean up our dishes on our last night. She popped by to offer bread and check that we are doing fine, which was great because few hosts would bother to do that. We had fun splashing about in the huge spa tub as well!

Fantastic self contain Semi Farmstay ”
Fantastic hosts that will give you a wealth of local knowledge on your visit to Milford Sound. You will get to interact with the farm animals and kids get to ride the pony guided. Extremely worthwhile stay and it's a fully self contained chalet where a family of 5 can be hosted easily. The Chalet is close to one movie location of Lord of the Ring and you can mountain bike your way down to have first hand experience of the location. Do plan to have at least one clear day at the chalet itself to fully busk in the relaxing surrounding and also to have a go with the farm animals and horse trekking. Will definately return and have the full experience with the farm stay.

Kepler Oaks: Beautiful setting with great hosts”
Out family loved staying at Kepler Oaks. Helen and her boys were warm and friendly, our children loved hanging out with the boys on the farm. Riding bikes, feeding animals -it was a great break from the business of our ski holiday. The cottage was more spacious than we expected with all the comforts of home. The wood fire was well used during our stay to keep the cottage toasty and warm. Helen was very knowledgeable about activities in the area. Helen's horses are beautiful and our children loved their short trek on Bonnie. Highly recommend Kepler Oaks as a perfect place to explore the Te Anau and the Fiordlands.

非常好的住宿体验。尤其对于带小孩的家庭。位于私人农场内。早晨能听到骏马奔腾的声音。晚上坐在木屋外的长椅上仰望星空，周围一片静谧，真的是享受啊。农场主人非常友好，还有小马免费给小朋友体验，这个对小朋友实在是莫大的吸引力。主人还会烘焙面包，提供糕点和果汁，红酒，非常超值啊。大力推荐。

大推!!! Helen人超級好!!!!Helen問我們要不要吃麵包~原本以為是要拿買好的給我們~~ 誰知道兩個小時後Helen帶來她親手現做的土司!!!QQ 真的是目前吃過最好吃的吐司!!!!! 羊跟草泥馬超級可愛非常不怕人~~可以餵小動物跟騎馬~很適合家庭來住!! 只有住一天覺得有點可惜~下次一定還會來再多住幾天!!
