The thing I like the most is the guesthouse is only 2mins walking away from the Hoegi Korail Station. It is very convenient. I love the guesthouse. Staff cleaning bathroom and other stuff every morning. Breakfast is simple but better than nothing. It is also near a small convenience store where you can get some drink and snack. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I decided to come back here for the rest of the trip after visiting Jeonju. Again, this place is spectacular, very nice and clean, no disappointment. Highly recommended!!!

Disappointed with their service. Although they stated "24 hours" on the door, but their actual duty period is start from 1pm. If you are foreigner and want to contact them by phone, don't worry, you can go to subway station and use the public telephone.

The bathroom sink just dumps the dirty water onto the floor, so you can't really brush your teeth without getting your feet wet. It's winter so it's a pain. They also make you throw used toilet paper into a bin WHICH WAS SO GROSS BECAUSE IT'S NOT COVERED. This place is the absolute pits. Don't. Just don't.

The guesthouse is in a great location! The woman who checked me in was very friendly. The double room I booked was located right off of the lobby and kitchen, so sometimes it was loud. The bed was also very hard but I loved the in-room AC unit and cable TV. The Wi-Fi is free but not very stable. Sometimes the connection was lost. The bathroom is shared, so I recommend bringing your own shower shoes. Overall, my stay was nice and I thank you for the service.

This was my favorite hostel during my stay in Korea/Seoul. It's very affordable, the staff is super friendly, and the place is located right next to a subway stop so it's easy to get anywhere quickly. There are good restaurants and many convenience stores in the area too. I highly recommend this place!

My only issue is that in the room that we paid it indicated that it has a private bathroom and breakfast. It was a shared bathroom, so we should have paid a lower price and they serve breakfast late? or none at all. 'Coz we never saw a breakfast in the pantry whenever we visit around 6am-9am.

Self-service guesthouse with good staffs”
5 nights stay over 1st night - check in at 2am,guesthouse is a quite a distance from they city centre 2nd night - self service breakfast and available amenities 3-5th night - walking distance from metro is a plus points 6th night - helpful staff allow us to drop our bags and collect for evening departure

Good for couple who don't need breakfast ”
Room was very clean, very close to the subway station. Staff wasn't friendly although he tried his best to be. Breakfast wasn't as promised, only bread and jam. It was stated in their website that there will be ramen noodles and egg. The front door always gives off alarm that disturb sleep. I wouldn't recommend staying in this place unless you really can't find a place staying

Less than block from subway station”
I needed a place for my mother to sleep in during an emergency. I was able to book @7pm and check my mother in @ 9pm. Wow, thanks Agoda! The single room was small but clean and close to the hospital. Staff was kind enough to find a sauna for me to sleep in nearby. I appreciated the extra effort.

极小的房间内没有厕所没有烧水壶，除了一张床什么都没有，写着东大门，实际在什么回基，距离东大门坐的士都要30分钟，故意误导游客，因为东大门有一家旅馆就是这个名字和也是同样的装潢，就是一个盗版店，送我的司机师傅告诉我再过去一点点就出了首尔了。
