Exceptional customer experience with Ms. Noemi at front desk! She is courteous, proactive and with a very warm smile! I liked the motel/hotel right away upon placing my luggage the day before my check-in date. Hotel is very clean. Bed is comfortable. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Piccadilly train station. Great value for money too! I was joking with the staff that this “motel” should change name as this is definitely a hotel instead! Will definitely come back and recommend this to friends.

Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. My only negative was the very loud music that played constantly in reception.
