This hotel was perfect for our last night in Christchurch. We dropped off our campervan and stayed here the night before we flew out. It was nice to be so close to the airport for our morning flight. The hotel is brand new and my kids loved that they got a gift bag with coloring paper and a stuffed kiwi doll. Thanks Novotel!

Ideal location for early-morning flights, superb, modern hotel with hi-tech fixtures and furnishings and excellent bar and dining options. Buffet breakfast superb with loads of choice and staff ultra friendly.

Expensive but better than I expected”
This is an expensive hotel but it was way better than I expected. Fantastic location with a hop, step and a jump straight into the terminal. Easy stroll to a little shopping strip with food outlets, a pharmacy a couple of gift shops and a Count Down to stock up on snacks and goodies for the flight. If you check-in early it's also an easy walk to the Antarctic Centre. The restaurant is top class so make a booking when you book the hotel. Sandy from Australia

Only choice if you have an early flight”
Had a 6:15 am international flight to catch - the only place to stay is a one-minute walk from the terminal. Hotel is still shiny and new. Soundproof rooms.

It was our last night in New Zealand and close to the airport. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The meal was great if not a little expensive.

Great location for airport. Literally 3 minute walk. Rooms were small and I was a solo traveller. We got a special deal and so was worth the $$$.

Nice design but room hadn’t been cleaned properly”
There was some kind of dried blood stain on one of the pillows and part of the floor near the bed was wet for some reason. I couldn’t be bothered to say anything cos I was tired and just put the pillow in the corner of the room, everything else seemed ok.

We were given a free upgrade to the room and was nicely greeted with some complimentary welcome drinks. Room was very clean and nice, short walking distance for our very early flight.
