Only thing missing was WiFi”
Everything at this resort was great, the only thing missing was WiFi. Although there was technically WiFi available, it was not practical to use as download speeds were less than 1 Mbps which basically doesn't load anything. The only feedback is that if WiFi is offered, then there is an expectation that there is a certain level of usability with it. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us!

There was nothing bad about Oceans Resort. The staff were great, the facilities were great, the apartment was exceptional. We booked a one bedroom apartment. We got a three bedroom town house although the o only stipulation was we could only use one bedroom. If you used more there was a daily supplement. The fact though that it was three bedroom also gave you more living space. The apartment was spread over three floors. Ground floor - garage, laundry and on suite bedroom. First floor- large balcony big enough to fit six at the table plus and I closed a BBQ, living area, kitchen, dining area and a smaller balcony. Second floor - 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower. Would I stay again - YES6

Stay here 2 nights with 2 kids. Hope to stay longer, we have everything we need in the resort. A very very nice stay here. Strongly recommend.

We spent a weekend here as we were spending some time at the Lost Spring which is walking distance from this accommodation. I didn't find check in to be all that friendly to be honest and the person made a really big a big point of telling me several times we had booked a 1 bedroom but they put us in a 3 bedroom unit as they didn't have any 1 bedroom left - BUT (and this was repeated several times) if we even put our suitcase on one of the other beds or used the xtra bedrooms or 2nd bathroom in any way, we would be charged accordingly (this seemed bizarre to me) We did have issue finding a stain on duvet in master bedroom but once notified of it they quickly brought a clean one and were very apologetic. Unit was nice, but if you have mobility issues beware, there's 16 stairs from entrance up to lounge, then 16 more from lounge to bedroom level (only bathroom on this level as well)

We booked a one-bedroom apartment so we weren't expecting a 3-storey house! Even though we could only use one bedroom and one bathroom, the rest of the house that was accessible to us was amazingly spacious--there were 2 lounges, a large open-plan kitchen, a BBQ deck, and a garage for laundry. The resort also had a lot of useful facilities and we appreciated their little touches like allowing guests to borrow spades if they were going to Hot Water Beach. The location was also convenient to all the restaurants in town and the lake. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back with our family!

A Beautiful Part of the World”
We were given a two bedroom unit which was tastefully decorated and very clean. It was well stocked with cuttlery and crockery and a good supply of tea, coffee etc:. It is a three story unit which meant stairs and bedrooms and the only washroom being on the top floor. This was not an issue for us but could be for persons less mobile.Overall it was a very pleasant stay in a beautiful location.
