Wij hebben het verblijf als zeer prettig ervaren. Het hotel ligt rustig maar toch op enkele minuten van het uitgaanleven en de winkels vandaan.Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.Als je een dag van te voren het ontbijt reserveert is dat goedkoper dan vooraf boeken. De kamers waren vrij klein, maar erg schoon. De douche had een zeer goede straal. Bedden lagen goed. Verder was er koffie en thee op de kamer. Tip: neem een eurostekker mee. Sommige apparaten passen niet in de engelse stopcontacten.

beste , ik had een kamer geboekt met het idee zicht te hebben op de stad wat ook op jullie site staat , dit was reeds niet het geval . de kamer op jullie site ziet er veel groter uit dan wat het in werkelijkheid is . ik vind ook dat als er iemand boekt in het weekend en toekomt voor in te checken dan men het mag vermelde worden dat er een trouw feest is en dat de DJ er ook rekking mag mee houden dat er andere gasten in het hotel zijn . het ontbijt buffet dat was 4 dagen het zelfde koffie was niet lekker had een verbranden smaak , en als hotel dat zo dicht ligt bij het centrum dan mag er toch iets van stand zijn met bezienswaardigheden . de bar heb ik 1 keer geweest en dat was voel doende u stoelen zijn versleten ik zat ver op de grond of alle sinds met de veringen van de stoel heel vervelend . u tv in de bar mag ook aan gesleuteld worden dit was rond uit slecht . ik heb genoten van de stad van de mensen in de vele plaatsen die ik heb bezocht maar van het hotel was ik echt niet te spreken ik heb 487 euro betaalt voor een zeer slecht bed en om 4 dagen het zelfde te krijgen als ontbijt en ja je kan nog kiezen welke ontbijt je wilt maar dan moet je bijbetalen voor die prijs vind ik dat het ontbijt in de prijs mag in begrepen zijn .

Locatie is top, maar hotel is oud en vies! Versleten stoelen, benauwde kamer (raam open zorg voor veel herrie), schimmel, stank, gewoon oabsoluut je geld niet waard

Superb hotel”

This hotel is easy to find, the location is in the heart of Piccadilly. The staff were so helpful. Rooms clean tidy and comfortable, we had a twin room and we had plenty of space. Breakfast was served 7-10 and it was a feast, iltjete was something for everyone. We were there to watch a football match and they ordered a taxi and within minutes it was there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks

Night out in Manchester ”

This hotel is ideally placed for access by train.It is basically a Hotel to suit business people.But on saying that the room was small but neatly set out. The room was clean with a comfortable bed.The en-suite bathroom was a good size and clean.Breakfast was served upto 11am which was great for a lie in.Buffet breakfast was lovely and catered for all parties.

Convenient location as a central hotel. Parking at Charles street in multi-storey car park for £4.00 overnight during the weekend. Comfortable bed, heating was a but of a struggle as you can only set it up for 2 or 4 hrs, so by morning it is pretty cold. Bath is very narrow (i am one of those very skinny people) but every time I turned around, i banged my hips into the shower gel holder or got the shower curtain stuck on my back. Sunday early morning a very loud music was coming from the hotel lobby and woke us up (highest floor room). Did the job

Accommodations in Manchester are not cheap, so if you're looking for a reasonable-priced place that's clean, with friendly staff and a fantastic location, this might be the place! The facility is kind of worn out and really could use a complete makeover, but they seem to be caring for it the best that they can. Breakfast was very good.

Visited for business and Pendulum was perfectly located close to picadilly station, great value for money, well equipped rooms and friendly staff. Would definitely return

Very clean , cheap and convenient”

Ideal option for me as was attending conference in same building the day after. 5 min walk from train station, friendly efficient staff. Only niggle is the toilets don't flush great ! I fed this back and was told, it's a known thing !

Weekend Trip”

Good Hotel, perfect location as it is close to the train station and it's only a 5min walk to Piccadilly Gardens so basically to the city center. Very clean aswell and a nice garden and restaurant/ bar. Would definitely recommend and go there again.

This hotel is actually a university conference centre. Initially, I thought this might not be a good hotel - actually it was fine, even if some of the woodwork in the rooms need a varnish. Good value breakfast. Would stay again

Argumentative staff”

Everything about this hotel was fine except every time we passed through reception the staff were bickering with each other in front of guests. Probably they weren't aware but need reminded that this is not very professional !

Great location close to train station, very clean hotel and helpful staff, just a shame there was no bar when we stayed due to refurbishment, there was a tiny pop up bar in restaurant so no draughts but at least you should have had a fridge to keep bottles cold??? Room was small but very clean had everything you wanted overall a nice hotel
