Location is super can’t bear that. Duty manager is super nice and helpful , she helped us to keep calling airline for our missing luggage which is a great relieve to us . Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Will come again!

Balcony a great size for in the city. Lovely staff and handy Uber ride to any of the attractions the city has to offer. My first choice of motel in Auckland!

Our room was on the ground floor on a sat and Sunday night. Rubbish collection was done every few hours from 11pm onwards until 530am the next day at the carpark and bars next door so sleep was impossible.

This was a great space located in newmarket. It was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and had a great balcony. We were only there one night, but otherwise would have loved to use the laundry machines and kitchen.

We had a great stay except for our arrival as there was no one at reception and no clear instructions on how to get in. We arrive at 9.15pm and reception was supposed to be open until 9.30 and yet no one was there. Other than that our studio was great, clean with a huge balcony and amazing comfy bed. :-)

Nice apartment in Newmarket”
Not exactly in the centre of town, but in a nice little neighborhood called Newmarket. Good sized apartment with everything one could need, including pots and pans, washer and dryer, and even a dishwasher. Bed was a little too soft, otherwise for a 1 bedroom apartment, the size is good. Parking costs $20, and is convenient and secured. Would stay again if I am able to get a good price!

Great Location but right next to train tracks”
This is a very good hotel with two major drawbacks. All bedrooms face the train tracks and tou will here the train from the early morning until late at night past midnight so unless yu are aheavy sleeper you won't get much sleep. The ac DID NOT COOL THE ROM down hence you have to leave your windows open to cool your room and the train is even noisier. Front office staff outstanding! Locatio is great with eateries and a grocery store in the westfield mall about a 10 minute walk makes eating easy.Neighborhood is up and coming and will be much more gentrified & hip in years to come but right now it's still ok. Public transportation and auckland museum are very near to walk to.

Minutes walk from great eateries, the Olympic pools, boutique shops and Westfield Shopping Centre. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable, warm stay - would definitely stay again.

Good but taxi cost high”
Just watch the cost of taxis from the airport. We paid ness as rly $100. Quest staff assisted us with cheaper options for our return to the airport.
