Fantastic Staff and Crystal Clear Cleaniless”
First time stayed in this hotel. Journey begins from entering hotel and meeting Sister Sara at reception. She is an amazing person, smiling and helpful. Allowed us to check in way early. Bell boy to housekeeping staff, everyone is very well trained and great in behaviour. Hotel Front Office Manager Mr. Mazen, young and dynamic guy manging things professionally and arranged parking for us as car was parked in paid parking outside hotel. Lobby to Rooms highly clean, comfy beds, spacious, large screen tv (kids enjoyed watching cartoons) provision of water bottles 2 times. Maintaining all precautions due to Covid 19, Disinfection of rooms, temperature check etc. Only negative was the security guy at the parking entrance showed some bad behaviour and not allowing me to park car although they have empty spots. Mr. Mazen helped in this regard. Saja Al Madinah... great hotel.

One of the best hotel In Haram locality”
I am amazed by the cleanliness of hotel and it is one of the best hotel in Haram locality against the room price. I got a room at top floor and the outside view from window is really stunning and calming. -The bed and comforted were extremely cozy and i felt more relaxed. -The curved TV is new thing in this hotel. -I would definitely stay in this hotel again if i visit Madina.

Last time I had very bad experience regarding about the hotel, but this time I am lucky to get the Family suite in very good and cheap price. Hotel located near by ladies gate at No - 15 , which is suitable for my family. Recommend for everyone to stay at-least one night it’s really worthy.

My family enjoys walking so we do not have a problem with this hotel. It is two streets away from Gate 15 of Masjid Nabawi. The Eskla restaurant serves nice food. They will deliver to your room within 15-20min after your call, this is for iftar. My check in and check out was a smooth transaction. Staffs were all friendly and can speak English well. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel again. We were here in the month of Ramadan from 20-24 May 2019. Thumbs up to the hotel.

Excellent location, near Gate 15, Domino's pizza near to hotel. Excellent room service on calls. Excellent reception staff. We used to receive follow up calls from reception every day for any issue in rooms.

Hotel staff was v welcoming and cooperative, fluent in English / Arabic esp Ms. Duaa at reception was extremely courteous at check-in and check-out. They are v responsive in resolving the issues via call or walk-in. Room furniture was modern, clean and had multiple lockers for each person. Parking capacity is limited overall keeping in view the size of the hotel but the provided slots for the cars are spacious unlike most of the hotels in medina. Follow up via phone call about the services / complaints from the hotel staff is v admirable while your stay and even return. Overall extremely satisfied and definitely coming again and referring my friends!

Overall the stay was superb. The checkin was provided 5 hrs earlier than official time.The staff at receiption and help call was cooperative and welcoming.The room were neat and clean with all necessaties.One thing was very good that on a daily basis we used to receive call from service team to know our feedback and if we have any issues or problem.The response time was great when called on help line.The distance from Haram is only 4-5 min.Its near gate 15.

The lady at reception was very cooperative. They provided me early check-in around 9.30 am. Housekeeping staff always available. Hospitality is marvelous. I would suggest this hotel to almost everybody who would like to visit Madina Munawwarah for ziyarat.

Good nice clean hotel”
Nice hotel clean and up to date, when checking in was told room is not ready take a seat and we will upgrade you to the exclusive vip floor, i was on the 14th floor and the vip floor was 12 and 13 floor so was not right, i was happy with the room so didnt bother going back down to ask for vip room. Overall good stay the fragrance in the hall way is very very strong but just turn it off as i did and its much beter.

Very kind staff specially the lady (can’t remember her name and sorry for that) who gave me early checkin on 11 Jan with a smile. The breakfast was OK. I liked the daily calls asking about how our stay was. Location was close to the women’s entrance which was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel. The bathroom looks tired and needs renovation. The towels were tired too and Hotel management should think about replacing them. Overall my stay was excellent. Thanks a lot again to the staff specially at the reception.
