Prima hotel voor een aangenaam verblijf in Seoul”

Engels medewerkers ruim toereikend, hebben me prima geholpen met wat vertalingen. Bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant maar dat is bijna overal in korea. Kamers waren erg warm, in april werken airco's nog niet dus maar opgelost met open ramen. Ook een probleem dat je bijna in heel korea tegenkomt. Kamers, linnengoed en handdoeken dagelijks schoon. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar toereikend, wordt continue tot aan einde aangevuld. Er is alleen geen thee bij het ontbijt. Hotel centraal gelegen maar geen geluidsoverlast.

Big and clean Korean style room, friendly staff and pretty strategic location”

Room: the Korean style room we got was really spacious, toilet was clean and well equipped with all the amenities you need. Staff: most staff were knowledgeable and could converse in English pretty well. However, I think the staff on night duty during our stay couldn’t really understand English. If you have special requests, perhaps try relaying them to one of the staff during day time for them to write a memo. Location: the hotel itself is relatively hard to find for first timers as it’s located in a small alley, but given this is within the centre of walking distance to many attractions such as Myeongdong and Insadong and palaces, I think this place is even better than staying in Myeongdong itself. Extra points for free DIY laundry service. Will recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

Exceptional hotel in prime location ”

You can’t beat the SunBee! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. You can walk everywhere you need! They also have a nice patio out front. This hotel was great for exploring and so much fun! My toddler didn’t even want to leave the room! Haha But when we did we could walk to local attractions in one minute! Definitely worth the money!

Very nice hotel in Insadong”

Part of a family reunion and stayed for 1 week. Larger rooms a plus. Arrived very late at night, check in was easy. All staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast in cafe open early. Close to many excellent restaurants, sites and subway. Highly recommend. Thank you Sunbee!

Hubby and I stayed there for 8 days. Excellent location. Since the building is tucked away from the main street amidst other office buildings, there is no view to speak of from the room window. That didn't bother us as we were out most of the day anyway. The good size room was always clean, air condition worked very well and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Airport buses 6002, 6011 and 6005 stop within walking distance. Buses 6002 and 6011 comes by every 15 mins and costs 10,000krw one way. Bus 6005, is nearer, but comes around every 40 mins, costs 15,000krw one way and the ride takes a little longer. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location unique rooms”

Booked a Korean style room and extremely happy with it! The hotel is not exactly new but the room is relatively clean. Very central location (but quiet) between 2 train stations. Walking distance to food and shopping stores.

Perfect location in the Insa dong area of Seoul. Close to the Metro, easy walking to shops and restaurants. Pleasant staff, clean, quiet rooms.

The location is at the back of other buildings BUT it is quiet and very safe even at night.... walking distance to all cultural and antique shops.... spacious room with nice bathroom

Great budget hotel for family”

I booked a room with 2 double beds, great for my family with 2 young children. Very clean room and located right at the heart of Insadong. Walking distance to the palace and very convenient. Had to pay for basic breakfast but plenty of eateries within walking distance. Not much facilities but room itself was very satisfactory.

Good option”

Positives were on site free parking, free WiFi and clean room. A tight fit for parking and in the elevator with our family of 4. Unfortunately the coffee/breakfast area was closed due to covid precautions but the location is an easy walk to Starbucks or Egg Drop. The one thing that threw us off was at at 10:00 the electricity to our room seemed to have been cut off. We were almost done gathering our things at the time to walk out, so not a huge deal for us, but check out said 12:00, so it could be a problem for others.
