Excellent service, special thanks to Mr. Babul from Bangladesh. He made our stay smooth and comfortable. Minutes to Haram. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed. Check in, front desk service, room service.....can’t ask more. Thanks to hotel management and all customer service representative for there superb service.

we came here for umrah from Iraq for the first time in Saudi, I can’t describe my feeling and the beautiful experience I had in this amazing country Mashallah! Hotel is near to Haram. Room is very clean and they have kettle and hot drinks. Open buffet is not available because of Covid 19 but you can order breakfast and they bring it to your room and also prayer room at P11 is not available so you must preserve a slot to pray at Haram

pros. our room was directly on the haram. you could see alqaba from our room. breakfast had big varieties. room was clean. check in was simple and fast so was the checkout. wifi was fast. elevators were fast and not as confusing as other hotels con. nothing.

The best hotel in makkah ever”
I spent 4 nights at this hotel. Everything was perfect without any exception. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, location was around 5 minutes to Haram and breakfast buffet was delicious, and our room was very nice. Definitely will be my hotel for next visit as well.

What i really like is you can go to haram from the st entrance/exit you need to go throw mall. When you come in elevator from your room to main floor than just cross you will see big elevator fonto B1 and you are out on the street way to haram
