Great Stay, Lovely Linked Chillout Room!”
Loves staying at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and polite. The location was brilliant. Close enough to get to Heaton Moor and easy to wall or get a taxi into stockport centre. The room was fab. Had a shock when we found the double room had a seperate lounge area to chill in joined to the room and the fridge and microwave were an added bonus. I have to add we felt really safe as their security system was good too. Will definitely stay again. Thanks

We booked into the Double Deluxe room and had a large conservatory lounge with sofas as well as a large, warm comfortable bedroom with great en-suite shower / bath. The tv was a large flatscreen but had a one for all remote so the functionality of the tv was terrible as the buttons wouldnt work properly keeping it to just basic freeview channels :( this was the only gripe about the room. Fantastic value for money, great room, more like a mini-flat than a hotel room... will definitely be back several times and will reccomend to anyone wanting a budget room with everything <3 thankyou for an amazing stay. Staff were very helpful to sort out any problems we had such as broken light. Sorted fast <3

Take no notice of some of the recent bad reviews it’s not the Dorchester but for the price no complaints The staff very helpful and nothing was any trouble to them.

I've stayed here 4 or 5 times now. A budget hotel, but with the bonus of a fridge and microwave in every room. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, quiet (apart from the traffic noise on Stockport Road). I had earplugs, so not an issue. Payed £58 for 2 nights, cheaper than the Premier Inns and Travellodges I looked at. Would stay again, without a doubt. Well done Trivelles!!!

Just remember to checkin within 3pm - 11pm... or tell me in advance otherwise there will be a GBP 10 surcharge.. tho adding GBP 10 is still cheaper than others. Everything is not bad, provided the rate is just like 60 every night even on weekends. Receptionist is nice. First morning 7:30 the fire alarm rang for 1 min and everyone was woke up, but good things is the alarm works LOL . Bus (route 192) and train station nearby, good location.

Usually stay in Deluxe double or my new Favourite - The Attic Double!!! Amazing value for money, geat room with large tv, comfortable bed, great en-suite and an Electric log fire. Extremely comfortable and feels like a much more expensive hotel <3 <3 <3

When booking from Agoda we could choose to check-in after mid night, but once we arrived we saw that the Hostel had check-in from 15pm-11pm and had to pay extra 20 pounds to get our room. This should be specified when booking, because we would have probably choose another hotel. Even within the check-in schedule there was no one at the reception. It's well connected with Bus to the city center.

Car park was close to the hotel which was reassuring. Not a very warm welcome or a covid clean one I might add. very noisy as the room was next to a main road. a musky smell. fridge, kettle and microwave handy

I was disapointed to say the least. We did not stay the night as the room was less than spotless and there was a very strong unpleasant smell,we were forced to find an alternative hotel at extra cost and inconvenience.

Hi , My booking was for 8th Feb 2020 and I already mentioned in the booking that I will be reaching around 8 PM. It was a rainy evening and the moment I reached the hotel I was given a room 213 . Please find the below details of my disappointment . 1. The room was extremely cold while reaching and we manually switched on the heater in the room , but couldn't able to switched on the bathroom heater. 2. The coffee maker was not clean and it was full of old dirty water . 3. The bathroom door is broken . It's need a immediate fix. 4. Floor of the room was not clean . Sabyasachi
