The room was very clean and spacious. Very good air conditioning. Clean bathroom. The atmosphere was very cozy. The bedroom was spacious and very nice. The terrace provides an awesome view. The staff were very accommodating. The food was very delicious and sumptuous and on top on all of that the pool was super fantastic - the kids enjoyed the 3-feet area and the other pool side was really fit for adult swimmers. Very nice infinity poop, you got to enjoy the view, most especially the sunset. The kids love making sand castles at the beach. Overall, we highly recommend the property - whether you are alone, with friends, with your loved ones or with your family. Definitely this property should be on their bucket list.

This place is amazing! The rooms were clean and beautiful. The pool is so warm and majestic! The staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet, and the food is amazing! Breakfast was SO good. I ate fresh mango every day! Big variety on fresh breakfast. Only con is the dog fights late at night and rooster that has a ten-second memory and his clock is off! He crows every ten seconds it seems (maybe 30!) from anywhere from 3am to dinner. It’s cute in a way, but can get tiring. Those who stayed on the pool side, not the alley side, didn’t hear the rooster or dogs fighting.

Everything is fine. There is the sea right in front of you, and there are all hopping companies nearby. However, the convenience store is far away. Also, the restaurant is far away. You have to go by Grab.

Never have i been in a resort where in staffs are so accomodating until we checked in here. From the door man to the waiters, very polite and attentive to your needs. We were surprise as well that the room has a lot of mineral water which is for FREE! (Yes, its really free!). Overall experience here is a 10/10. Kudos!

I can't believe this Resort is only classed as 3 stars. From the staff (attentive yet almost invisible) to the room size(huge) to the facilities (pool and dining) it was perfect. Ok its in Maribago, NOT close to any supermalls, shopping or transport hub, but for my situation 2 days flying from Mexico into Philippines I needed a recovery period from jetlag. This oasis provided peace, tranquility and rest. Tourist Visas in Philippines can last for 3 years, and so, upon my exit or return from/to Philippines through Mactan Intn'l Airport, in the future I will probably use NordTropic again.

A Quiet Oasis”
Nordtropic is located in a secluded place away from the busy and dusty roads. - a quiet oasis. The room is big with clean tiles, floor and shined furnitures {looks newly renovated}. The mattress sags, pillows smell sour and they only have paid movies. The restaurant serves good pork and battered chicken for dinner and a big breakfast with fresh ingredients. The pool area is nice to sit and chat but beware of mosquitoes. Overall a nice quiet spot to rest at evening arrival and departure after a hearty breakfast to explore southern Cebu

Best hotel I got for the money of the 5 I stayed in the Philippines this trip. Nicest rooms and balcony, I had just flown in from the Hilton Waikoloa and that is my favorite all time hotel if you don’t mind being nickel and dimed after you pay through the nose.
