very clean and cozy”
We stayed here for 3-days and 2-nights. I just booked a deluxe room here in Agoda. just because of the reviews and photos I saw in the internet. When we checked in, they informed us that they upgraded our room to Family Room instead of a double deluxe room. With the same price. The room is very clean, new, beddings are clean, comfortable beds, cozy, nice CR. hot and cold shower. toilet with bidet. hair blower is not available in the room,but you can request one from the recep. Set of coffee 3in1 is available, with coffee maker and cups. very nice. worth it! very near in SM Lanang. around P46.00 for taxi fare.

north palm hotel and garden just opened last year so expect everything brand new.it's about 15 minutes away from the city center so we are far from the usual hustle and bustle of city life.yet if you want to eat ,shop and visit some tourist spots you can just take the jeepney or taxi.some fast food chains are within walking distance.rooms are comfortable and are just the right size for couples.we met the owners and they were so friendly,even gave us the fruit marang to taste.the staff were all so nice and kept the place clean.will definitely come back.good value for the money.

Great hotel for price”
It was hard to choose a hotel for a fair price by looking at the listings in Davao on Agoda. I took a bet on this one and it turned out to be a good choice. It's an older hotel, but the bathroom was new looking and the TV and Internet worked great. I had a good view of the mountains and room service breakfast in the morning was quick and well prepared. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and attentive. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want to stay anywhere expensive and downtown.

the staff was friendly including the hotel owner who spent a great deal of time listening to me about the hotel and ways to improve it. i liked the nice modern bath and the room was exceptionally clean. we felt safe there while we visited various places throughout davao.

my flight was diverted. causing me to loose my connecting flight. causing me to miss my first nights stay at this hotel. i had purchased two rooms for one night, but usually test a hotel myself for just one night and then extend if i like it. well as i said, i had missed my original nights stay. when i arrived at the hotel, i explained what had happened. i will stay there if i return to davao

Great place”
Stayed for 2 nights during the Ironman Davao. Great place for the price. The wifi though is slow and our aircon was not that cold. Loved the bathroom setup though and that there were water dispensers in the hallways giving free water. Your staff were top notch. Will be staying here again next year :)

A lovely hotel , super friendly management ,staff”
a somewhat new hotel ,opened in oct 11 . good size clean rooms , perhaps a bar fridge would be a bonus , everything worked well . good hot water ( great new design shower heads ).not a bad location as far as travel , not far from ferry and boats to samil island , good spot for pickup to usual tourist spots , croc farm , eagle sanctuary , etc . most important for me was the super friendly owner and his wife who went out of their way to make us welcome and inform us about their city , which , by the way , is very impressive for the phils , clean and tidy and believe this , orderley traffic .

Great Location with ample parking”
i originaly booked 2 de luxe rooms twin beds for four adults (my father, my sister-in law, myself and our driver for an overnight stay only. however on the date of our travel my 10 year old niece and 20 year old nephew opted to come too. the agoda rates i got for the 2 rooms were really reasonable. however for the extra guest that came with us, we paid cash for 2 extra beds and 2 persons which is almost equivalent to the cost of 1 additional room. next time i should plan my trip well to save on cost. the facilities are very good as they are basically new (new aircon, lcd tv, bed, bathroom with hot & cold shower.) if guest do not have cars, they can easily take public transpo, as the hotel is located along the main road. all in all our 1 night stay were very pleasant and convenient.

Great up and coming hotel!”
The hotel was still under dry run/soft opening when we went there but based on my experience, I'm sure that this hotel will kick it off when they do open full-time. The hotel is located near the city center and along the road so getting around is not a problem. Plus, there's a spa and a bar on the ground floor but unfortunately, we were not able to check those out.

North Palm is 10-15 mins away from the airport. For a back-packer traveller, this is a good hotel for you. Quite far from the city center. Clean and friendly staffs.

the hotel is not actually walking-distance from sm lanang. on our last night of stay, i heard noise from outside our room at about 12 midnight when it was supposed to be silent. no garden at all, it's only a open area at the back.

Just OK”
Nice room, large with good air-con. Double bed was however very small. Dont be sold this hotel on the garden element, the garden is more a back yard with a pond containing a couple of fish. My girlfriend and me stopped here for 2 nights, during which we got no housekeeping i.e bed not made, bathroom not cleaned. Wehad to ask reception for fresh towels and loo roll The big dissapointment though was 'no fridge'. This is a always hot place and you need a bottle of water available at all times, would have been nicer chilled. We baught some drinks intending to stay in and watch a movie, reception said we could put our drinks in the bar fridge. Great except they charged us corkage.

i and my son are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. the staffs are very friendly and very accomodating. nice location and very near places that i have in my itenerary. breakfast is very nice and the food is served well. simple but good menu too. aslo, the hotel is very near the mall.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable but felt a bit short for me. Staff for good. The lightening inside the room was dim and made it difficult to see when I shaved. No fridge which is inconvenient. My wife requested 2 extra pillows and we were charged 60 pesos when we booked out, I thought that was petty. It's a tiny sum of money, felt like an insult. Overall it's an ok hotel let down by a few basic thing's. I would try another hotel on my next visit to Davao.

Great location convenient for tourist attractions”
we enjoyed our stop over here. convenient for visiting tourist locations in davao and close to the airport. the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and the food was good value for money. we will definately stay again next time we visit davao later this year.

Pretty good for the price”
the bed was pretty small. my feet was half hanging at the end of the bed. there's this valley between the headboard and the end of the bed that was pretty awkward. it was easy to get a cab from the hotel. the staff was friendly. it was an okay experience all in all. i will likely try another hotel should i ever find myself in davao.

i had a pleasant stay in this hotel the rooms were new the service of the staff was excellent and very accomodating its just the hotel is not near the city its about 20 minutes away. However by next year sm is constructing a big mall which would make the hotel a good location just 5 to 8 minutes away.

Disappointed”
i book this hotel via agoda thought it was a good deal to give a christmas surprise to my special friend in davao, for him and his family. but it turn out to be a disaster. the room has no refrigerator, no tables and chairs. just beds. next time please indicate clearly to avoid customer disappointment.
