Location, comfort,good price”
Location is good for exploring city and stay in quite area (next to hospital and close to japan town in district 1). Room is quite nice in size and amenities. I also love the view from my room (looking to Northedam Church). Staff at reception and luggage store are very helpful. Price is okay for the size and comfortable.

Everyone in the staff has been extremely nice, very welcoming and helping us throughout the whole stay. They have accommodated specific needs of my breastfeeding wife which made this the best reception we had on such conditions. Location is great, the gym is on point functional and breakfast is very convenient and enjoyable.

Movenpick will not be a good choice for your Phu Quoc holidays ”
I will not recommend to stay in this hotel. Staff are inexperienced to face all kind of situations that customers requested and just simply forgot to reply. Security cannot identify who customers and workers in resort . Bad attitude to treat customers as resort staff. Cleaning was really bad not proper done the cleaning works. Breakfast was not as good as 5 star resorts budget costs cut down for cheap quality food, but charged expensive during TET holiday. Facilities and room are rated to 3-4 stars . I saw lots customers complaints at lobby desks. And I think it takes a year to re engineering the resort. It’s shame to be one of Accor system. You deserved to choose something else better resort in PQ.

Perfect for business”
I really like staying here for business. It is convenient, lots of great restaurants nearby and walking distance to shopping, etc. Yet it is quiet, a good place to charge your battery. I had tried somewhere else and it paled in comparison and I came back to the Northern Charm!

Many restaurants and spa nearby. I wasn't satisfied with the check in service when I arrived which I was waiting for so long after I submitted my passport to the receptionist, then I found there's guests arriving after me but checked in earlier than me. I was so upset for the situation, but I realized it's because of the shortage of the staff, I saw the receptionist working for a long time until midnight, I think the hotel should hire more employees to cover the reception affairs in such of busy season. Overall, it's good hotel.

The hotel is quite new so the facilities looks good. The receptionist who checked us in was a bit stand-offish and asked us what room we booked when he can simply check the reservation. The room was quite small but the view is ok. The breakfast buffet was so so and a bit tiring. The pool was great as it had a shaded area. In terms of cleanliness, we left some snacks open in the room and after a while it already had ants in it. The bed was creaking when we moved just a bit and raised it to the front office staff but it was not addressed. I find the staff (aside from the doormen) not very friendly. We asked for a wake up call at 7 AM but no one called us. I think they need more training as I've been to 2 hotels before this in span of 5 months and I did not expect a mediocre customer service.
