location is okay. very near to tagbac terminal if you wanted to go to boracay. its also near airport but far from city proper. i booked for attic room but was transfered to another room because it has no CR. the other room was not spacious for us 3. its only good for 2. they added 1 bed but did not provided a folding bed. we just wanted to have a place to stay near airport at a good price. the CR was clean but water is not abundant because their pump was broken at that time.

The location is really suitable since it is very near to PSHS campus. the room is dim actually the whole place is not well lighted. the place is eerie actually, parang haunted house.. and also socket available is only for the tv and one in the bathroom.

Bad bad experience! Bad customer service, wrong advertisement about their rooms!”
I booked and paid for one of their rooms in Agoda because it was available when I checked online. Only to be informed by their receptioniest that they're fully booked when we arrived at the inn. I was asked to wait because they reserved the room to someone who haven't even paid yet. They gave the room to me after several mins of waiting because they couldn't contact the person who reserved it. They just told me their boss forgot to close the slot in Agoda that's why I saw it as available. The room didn't have a tv (i had to ask for it and it arrived after more than 30 mins), no toiletries, no water (although it's supposed to be part of what I paid for). The room they gave me wasn't the one I booked for. The room itself is fine but the overall experience was horrible!!

Good for travellers”
We stayed here for a night because we want to ride the first bus trip to boracay. The terminal is just 3-5 mins away so it is very convenient for us. The room is spacious enough for 2 persons. The only thing I don't like is that they only have 1 outlet. Over all our stay was ok.

If u r on a transit to bora u can book this hotel otherwise find other hotels. No hot water even I informed the staff and after they did something. It just so happen that the climate is cold so I really need hot water but to no avail...

A bit out of the city.”
We arrived late but where greeted by a helpful night manager who couldn't have been better, all of the staff where great. But the rooms although clean and a good size need some money spent on then, in the first room the toilet didn't flush, in the second the door knobs where gone and the room had a tired and used feel to it. The hotel is on a main road to the city, so getting to the city by taxi or Jeepney isn't hard, but for trikes it's too far. The hotel is not far from the taglak bus depot which is useful. It cost us 150p to get taxi to fastcat ferry terminal.

The inn is close to Tagbak terminal and very clean. The window we were at would not lock shut and the staff moved us to a different room which was nice.

The hotel is pretty average, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly but hardly speaks any English, the location is quite far from the centre of Jaro and on a very busy road.

Since there was no phone in the room, we need to go down to call the staff during emergency. The reception is not that clean and attractive. Staff must have uniform for us to identify them.but in fairness staffs are good and alert once needed

Perfect for Specific Purpose”
My friend and I didn't think it would be good, we really just wanted a place near the bus terminal for our Concepcion trip. A friend who lived there did not know about the place either.. So when we had drinks and he took us home, that's when he realized it's always been there but quite unassuming. Good enough for a frequent traveller like me because of the bus terminal a few hundred meters away.. I definitely will be back to stay
