Relaxing and quiet”

This is an interesting place. It was practically empty when we stayed but we were unable to upgrade to a nicer room for reasons that were unclear. The hotel has lovely grounds right on a private beach and the pool is lovely. You can get a massage right by the pool, which is nice. The resort is kind of a ways out from town, but the staff will give you a ride in for a reasonable price. The standard rooms are really basic shacks and they really could do more with the place considering it's amazing view and nice pool and gardens. The staff is friendly but they always seemed surprised when we asked for anything (such as lunch!) The price is reasonable and I'd stay again.

peaceful getaway”

Stayed here five nights and really enjoyed having the place almost to ourselves. Lovely private beach, beautiful views of the bay, comfortable hammocks and seating area and clean rooms. The food was okay with large portions, but all dishes priced P200 and above, with a fairly limited menu. Most things too salty or oily for us. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice environment but poor service ”

No service on arrival, the owner was there but did not give a smile or even said hello. Service is bad if you are not japanase clients or divers. The hotel itself is very cool, nice pool (not really clean),private pristine beach, quiet environnement. Location is a bit outside of Alona, so better to get a motorbike to go out for dinners and arounds. It is a a dive resort for japanese costumers. kids are not really welcome and not recommanded for no-japanese costumers. Luckily, we were the only one in ther esort during 5 nights. Location : 4-5kms from Alona - 1kms of dirt road

What I can suggest this hotel is to till the patronage all thier rules especially your pick up fr ports. That you charge per person. Straight to the point I don't have a pleasant stay at all :(( Plus I was bitten wd a feral cat fr neighbourhood n they didn't know anything about it. I always visit Bohol twice a year but no Nova for me anymore :(

disappointed, run - down chalets poorly maintained”

Swimming pool (duck pond) not maintained . mattress (2 inch thick with plastic wrap) very uncomfortable. Noisy air con keeps u awake all night. Dog not well looked after, walking around with very strong stench. Private beach littered with dog poo.

Great potential but owner doesn't seem to care”

the room, a deluxe, came with 2 rock hard single beds. no option for a double. plenty of noise from chickens and karaoke. the pool was n't cleaned regularly either. the food was limited but was decent. There is a lot of potential to this place but he doesn't seem interested, not even replying to us saying hello. is too much a night for a. room.

Not comfortable resort, all workers are not kind.”

When we are reached at the resort they are not prepared for room. They didn't know about our reservation and just made an excuse. They are not kind, and don't care about visitors. In room, not clean and facilities are not good function. All things are unconfortable. It was terrible experience to us.

It was quite and relaxing place”

We love the place, the staffs were all courteous, nice pool..quite place. Those who want to stay in quite place, this the right place for you. we love to go back.

Awful. We felt like we were unwelcome”

- No night staff around to ask questions/get help - Breakfast poor, no options and left out in the heat for 45 minutes - We were told it was exclusively for Japanese people, and we felt very unwelcome - Didn’t inform us that generators were off the morning before we left, leaving us with no water or power - Tried to over charge the cost of airport transfer - Japanese owner was rude and didn’t say hello to us - They asked for a deposit of 500 per day even though we’d already paid in full for staying there - No fridge in the room as written on the website - Bathroom toilet has a terrible leak

chambre très décevante”

vétuste, déco inexistante, plage et piscine privée.L'hôtel est assez difficile à trouver au fond d'une impasse. La piscine et le batiment de la réception font très bonne impression. Mais la chambre...Après avoir traversé la propriété, nous arrivons au fond de celle ci, dans le parc des coqs du voisin. La chambre est petite, les draps sentent le moisi, le matelas très fin, donc le lit très dur, l'eau salée au robinet et douche, la chambre pas soignée, le buffet du soir très cher... dommage, la piscine et la belle plage privée ne peuvent pas tout compenser!

Hotel Charmant mais pour les japonais”

Hotel tenu par un japonais qui ne veut qu une clientele japonaise... Peu aimable et accueillant... Malgre tout les chambres pres de la piscine sont tres agreables, la piscine au milieu et au bord d une plage extraordinaire! Bonne nourriture mais le service n est pas au top

Les chambres "standard" sont particulièrement lugubres, les matelas mousse d'une épaisseur ridicule, il a fallu changer de catégorie au prix fort, piscine non entretenue (verte),aucune information sur les possibilités touristiques,seul le PDJ fut correct. C'est un piège car si les photos étaient conformes,nous n'aurions jamais réservé.

外国人客の口コミで「日本人には親切だが外国人には冷たいと」ありましたが、ホテルだけの予約だと日本人にも冷たいです。一応ダイビングもしたのですが完全に存在を無視されていて、提携の旅行会社を通して予約した他の客とは明らかに扱いが違いました。

ダイビングショップも併設されていますが、今回は別のショップでダイビングを申し込みましたが、ローケーション的には、悪くは無かったです、部屋は、ザ・フィリピンスタイルです。日本人がオーナーだそうで、最低限のサービスがあり、ホテル内も落ち着いてのんびりと出来る憩いの場所もありました。　ダイビング目的ならリピートありだなと思います。

隠れ家的ホテル”

このホテルのリピーターです。静かでのんびりボホールの海を堪能するには最高の場所です。本来はスキューバダイビングをする方たち向けのホテルなのだと思いますが、私達のようにスキューバをしないお客も快く迎え入れてくれます。ドルフィンウォッチングをおススメされて行ってきましたが、しっかりと野生のイルカを見る事ができました！良い思い出になりました。

アロナビーチの繁華街から少し離れているため、静かでとってもプライベート感漂うホテルでした。目の前に水平線が広がり、静かでゆったりとした時間が流れています。ホテルでは、ボーッと海を眺め、ハンモックに揺られながら読書をして、お昼寝をする、、、最高の時間を過ごせました。ホテルで食べた食事は250ペソ前後でボリュームたっぷり！味も美味しかったです。豪勢なリゾートホテルというよりは、心地よい隠れ家的な民宿といった雰囲気です。

한적하고 좋은곳. 일본인이 운영하기 때문에 일본인이 대부분이고 직원들도 친절해요. 아침밥은 200페소 내면 먹을 수 있는데 필리핀와서 먹은 아침밥 중에 제일 맛있어요 조용한곳 좋아하시는분 오토바이 빌려서 다니실분 추천합니다. 저희는 오토바이 빌려서 다니기 편했는데 트라이시클 타고 다니실분들 좀 불편할거에요 메인도로에서 많이 안쪽이라서 불편해요. 아마 리조트에 말하면 짚으로 알로나 비치까지 태워주는거같던데 저희는 그냥 오토바이타고 다녔어요 조용하고 리조트 너무이쁘게 꾸며놓았고 리조트 앞바다도 들어가면 그냥 물고기있어요 ㅋㅋ
