Great and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good fitness and Spa. Right in the City Center next to various restaurants in walking distance and on the direct way to Shymbulak ski resort in less than 30 minutes.

The most wonderful staffs ”
The hotel facility overall is in good condition, clean and tidy, basic breakfast, Starbucks is located right next to the hotel which is plus. Yet, this hotel will exceed your expectations with its wonderful staffs. Special thanks to Ms. Ade Lya, Ms. Nur Saule, Mr. Yerkebulan at the front desk:) I have stayed at all kinds of hotels in different countries due to my job, and I can assure you that they were THE most wonderful staffs I've ever met. I asked their help for a few personal matters during my stay and they went the extra, extra mile to assist me with 'genuine attitude, kind words and pleasant smile'!! Novotel Almaty is very lucky to have staffs like these three, and yes, I would definitely stay here again becoz of them.

Rooms are good ..staff is great but the room on agoda said room has shower and bathtub. But do not its room with a shower or room with bathtub not both with standard room. Not hotels fault

overall all good stay, the staff was nice. however we came early at 8 am , and the only allowed us to check in at 2:30 pm !! even after the official check in time!!

Perfect location! AC unit didn’t work and it was stuffy. Rooms are very small but clean. Good place to stay if you plan to be running around the city.

Price comparable to other 4* in the city, facilities are great for a city hotel (gym, spa and swimming pool) and soundproofing does soundproof. The location is very central, the only drawback is cleanliness, but after a note to reception they are very fast to react.

최적의 위치 뛰어난 서비스”
일단 옆에 꼭토베라는 곳이 있는데 케이블카를 타고 가는 카자흐스탄식 남산타워이다. 여기 호텔에서 50프로 할인 쿠폰을 제공해주며(요청 시) 조식도 괜찮다. 그리고 위치는 알마티에서 가장 쾌적한 곳인것 같다. 호텔앞에는 아바이 공연장 같은것이 있는데 밤에 한번씩 공연을 하면 창가에 앉아서 구경할 수 있다. 근처에 스타벅스, 버거킹이 있다. 여기서 얀덱스어플로 택시를 타고 다니기에도 편리하다. 만약에 알마티로 다시 여행을 오게 된다면 여길에 다시 숙박하고싶다. 직원들의 친절함은 두말할것도 없다. 다만 아쉬운것은 영어가 잘 안된다는 것이지만 카자흐스탄 나라 특성상 영어를 하는 사람이 별로 없으니 염두하길 바란다.
