Room is very nice and also great toilet First time we have seen a toilet with 3 different compartment, toilet, bath and bathtub, we also like the swimming pool , it is very clean and nice to swim, breakfast is also good..

The carpet needs to be cleaned well or replaced ”
Everything was good. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel location is good. 5 min drive max. from the beach. Facilities are also good. The only thing that didn't like is the flooring carpet. It looks very old and dirty. Eveb it was cleaned. Overall I still prefer ibis. Even the room is much smaller.

Although it does not help your stay we have started to replace the carpet in our Novotel rooms. Due to a fault with the anti-stain treatment regardless of how rigorous the carpet has been cleaned we have been unable to remove the stains. Depending on occupancy, we plan for all rooms to be completed before April. We are however delighted that you enjoyed everything else and as you'll know having stayed in ibis that our facilities are shared and whether you choose the ibis or Novotel when next visiting Fujairah we'll be looking forward to welcoming you back. High humidity in the room”
The room was nice but we faced huge issue is that in the room was high humidity!!! It was soo bad, the sofa was wet , the bed was wet, clothes what we put in the cabbord was wet too!!! We had to iron our bed sheet to be able to go to bed. When we called engeener and told him the problem he said that maybe its because we had to put temperature of AC very low. So we tried to make it 23, but instead plus of humidity its became also very cold. And we had infant baby with us, so we couldn’t risk to keep him in this environment. So the solution was to keep AC on 25 degrees and to iron bed every time we go to bed… I don’t know if we had this issue because we were on 19th floor, or its the technical issue. But believe me when u stay in this condition you wouldn’t care how nice room or service of stuff, all you want is to leave the place.

Not for Couples!”
Its obviously a business hotel for business travelers. However, couples can also use it but they will not find the romantic atmosphere they looking for. The hotel is quiet and in the middle of the city, staff are friendly but not very helpful as they just do their job without any extra mile. The entrance to the hotel and the car park is not very clear and can easily get lost. Overall is not a bad hotel.

Rooms were untidy, there was dust on the carpets. Even after we reported the issue, this wasn't cleaned satisfactorily. Lighting in the room was not up to 4 star hotel standards.
