A bit noisy, but great value”
The building is a little older and windows are not double paned so it's noisy facing the city (due to the many shops/clubs playing music). However, rooms facing mountain are quieter. Staff was very great. Breakfast is generous and tasty (though maybe stick to tea for drinks as coffee isn't great). Great value stay overall. Would recommend mountain view rooms.

Good place to stay for a night”
Children love the swimming pool. Had both the breakfast and dinner in the hotel and we all like the food. As 5-star hotel, I would expect a higher standard of cleanliness in the room. Some corners and desk chair are dusty with hairs. But overall, it's good and it's a place that I will come back again.

Not worth the money”
The room was so small for a family of four. They charged us extra (1/3 of the room price) to add an extra bed but the room was impossible to move around and couldn't even open up all the suitcases. Interior was dated and beat up. Very disappointed for the quality and size of room with the money we paid. Would not recommend this!

Attitude of receptionist is so bad”
We have 2 babies under 1 year and 1 pregnant woman. I had asked early checking when booking and many times when I came to the Hotel. But Staff with bad attitude and We had to wait till 2:00pm to check in. I know the regulation of checking in time is 2:00 pm but I some staffs asked me to wait for checking in early but nothing... I am okay but my pregnant sister and my babies were really tired. I will never back to this Hotel
