Convenient Heathrow Hotel”
We decided to stay at the Heathrow Novotel to be convenient to our next day's flight home. The hotel is a low-rise structure, somewhat difficult to find in the M4 roundabout maze adjacent to the airport, even with GPS. We landed at a neighboring hotel where a helpful staff member took the time to explain how to make the trip to the almost next door Novotel. The plan was to check-in and then return the car and and return to the hotel via shuttle. I explained this to the desk clerk at check in (I forgot to make note of her name) and after checking me in she helped me to purchase shuttle bus tickets for me and for the two of us the next day. Heathrow does not have individual hotel shuttles, but contracts out shuttle service to National Express, who charges GBP 4.50 (with discounts for round trip and purchase at hotels). She was very helpful. The room is on the small side, but adequate with twin beds and desk space. I would have liked free Wi-Fi, however paid wi-fi is standard for this class of hotel. One architectural note is that the toilet is separated from the sink and tub in the bathroom arrangement. This leads to the possibly unsanitary touching of door hardware in order to wash your hands after using the toilet. The beds were comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant downstairs both were acceptable.

Very comfortable and convenient.”
This was my second stay at the Novotel at London Heathrow and the reason I chose it again was because it was very clean but most of all the beds were very comfortable after a ten hour flight from the US that is what you look for. The staff was friendly, they were right there seconds after I called for some help. I would stay there again.

Transferred to a Different Hotel but great service”
on arriving at heathrow, i called the hotel to enquire about the transfer service. being informed there was a problem with the computer system which would not allow me to checking, i was given a taxi transfer to a nearby hotel, complementary perks on arrival, and the novotel duty manager even called both the taxi driver while in transfer, and my room on arrival to make sure everything had gone smoothly. in all i probably didn't wait more than 15 minutes more than if i had followed my original plans - model service all round.

if you want to stay one night and go to the airport the next day, Novotel London Heathrow hotel is the best choice. You can take the Hoppa bus just outside hotel to get to airport. It only takes around 8 mins to arrive at airport

Stayed here for 1 night before heading off to the airport, room is very big, comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you want somewhere to stay that is closer to Heathrow airport

Comfortable hotel near to airport.”
My partner and I stayed here for one night for early morning flights at Heathrow. The hotel is spacious and comfortable with great links to Heathrow as would be expected. The food was nice but a little bit expensive and with limited vegetarian options-although staff kindly adapted meals for me. The hotel boasts a pool but this is very small and family orientated-not suitable for a swim to awaken muscles after a long flight! The hotel is also isolated; you are here for the night, so no chance of popping into London or local shops!

Friendly service with smiles”
it was a nice stay at the hotel, everything was nice. the room size is perfect for a couple, or with a baby (in our case). we asked for a taxi from the front desk next morning to heathrow and they called for a private taxi and didn't tell us how much it would cost (it was 8 pounds from the airport to the hotel) we thought it would be 10 pounds tops but it cost us 18 pounds for a 5 minute trip! they could've told us about the fare first.

A good hotel overall.”
I stayed one night at the hotel; the room was very nice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food and service at the restaurant. The only reason I didn't give Novotel 5-star review is because of location. The hotel is close enough to LHR, but there are no shuttles free of charge. The only way to get there is Hoppa Bus (which is about 5-6 GBP one way) or Uber. One can take public transportation, but no buses stop close to hotel and it'll take about 10-12 min to walk.

Near Heathrow Airport. Nice environment. ”
It is near the Heathrow Airport and airport shuttle was provided but the guest has to pay for it. It is not provided by the hotel. When you head back from the hotel to the airport, you may have to leave some more time, as some guests from this hotel or other hotels may have a lot of luggage that may take up quite some time for the loading, as the shuttle bus serves more than one hotel. It is quite a long way from the hotel to the city centre, takes about an hour by tube.

Hotel Oasis at Heathrow”
Although we only stayed overnight during our return to Australia, we found the accommodation to suit all of our requirements - close proximity to international airport - Heathrow, the service was quick and friendly, the carpark was suitable to our needs. It is also close to some nice English pubs which we thoroughly enjoyed. This hotel is perfectly suited for its location and that is a great place for transition for the international airport, which is close by. Well suited for the travelling business person.

Pleasant stay in a very well-run hotel conveniently located near HEathrow (Hopper Bus at £5 or €10 per travel). Staff is very diligent, professional and friendly. Rooms are very nice with easy to use air conditioning and a good TV. The pool is very pleasant too.

Enjoyed our 2 day stay at this hotel, very organised and good standard hotel. Rooms were very large and well set out. Staff were nice and helpful and gave us an extended stay due to our late departure. The restraunt is very good and the hotel has a very nice pool area. The hotel has a hopper bus that arrives every 25 minutes so its easy to get to the airport, however if you have a group of 4 or more its cheaper and quicker to take a taxi. The restraunt has a relaxing atmosphere and the food is of a very high standard Great hotel.....

Great hotel, fantastic facilities and roe fly staff, just a little too far for us as to getting in to London. We had to go back to the airport (25minute) bus ride and then on the train or tube to London. Overall fantastic hotel

Great service despite being very busy”
It is a bit further out, but I thought it was nearer to my car hire at Holiday Inn. However there is a reliable bus to and from the airport for 5GBP. I was there Easter Sunday, when they had coach parties, has arranged for an Easter Egg hunt for children... Yes I did not have to wait for anything and all the staff were positive polite and cheerful. All credit to them. They had a buffet in their restaurant which had great choice, plenty of everything and great value 22GBP for three generous courses. So the tables became available quickly and there were no queues. As well as that the bar was not ridiculously priced and had a very pleasant atmosphere for such a busy time. Rooms are clean and everything you need, fridge, safe... But nothing remarkable. Good hotel would happily stay there again, even paying for a taxi to the car hire, I saved that money on a glass of wine rather than staying at the place where the car hire was located.

Very friendly staff on arrival and during our stay there. The bed is big and very comfortable for a couple. Our room including the bathroom was very clean. The tv and choice of channels was very good. Novotel has never disappointed us, they always set a high standard. I look forward to staying with them again ^_^

It was a stopover stay in London, we are going to another city the other day. Location is close to Heathrow Airport, not so much dinning options around the hotel. Rooms are okay and they have wifi and cool TV.

great hotel, good location for the airport, short bus ride away from tube to london, only downfall was the service in the restaurant, very slow to respond to any order, spoke to management about this and he said there was a changing out of staff.

Great Hotel, Clean with Great Staff”
Have stayed at the this hotel a few times now. Few reasons being, the hotel is very clean, the staff are always smiling and very helpful. Food is great and there is a nice bar. Always recommend this hotel and will always go back. Also great if you have to stay close to Heathrow.
