Feels like the ghetto”

Place was dog rough, had loads of suspicious people in and out with packages!. Drunks in the hallway. Hotel itself is nice rooms are cute huge TV and stunning bathroom but they need to get the hotel less like a rave and more like a hotel

Understaffed”

I totally support the need for social distancing and precautions fo Covid. But to have to wait half an hour in a line for a packet breakfast, served by one waiter who was totally over worked just showed a lack of organisation. Otherwise the reception and the room were excellent

Perhaps because of COVID-19, the hotel’s breakfasts are really few and not very tasty. The soundproofing in the room is not good, I can even hear the voice of person talking from the next door.

A good reception area, everything else was a little grubby”

The hotel could have been much cleaner. The restaurant area tables and chairs were dirty and the carpets and walls in the communal hotel area are in need of some TLC. The room was quiet but not the sort of clean you'd expect.

Perfect for Early Morning Flights”

Conveniently located nearby the Heathrow Airport. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. You can also take buses to the airport free of charge, and the journey takes only about 5 minutes. Recommended!

It was a perfect location for a forced overnight in London. Easy access with the bus, very pleasant staff and a good nights sleep made the stay enjoyable.

stayed in the hotel before an early long haul. very clean hotel. enjoyed even though the pandemic had effected their offering. staff were very nice, sanitary and helpful!

Comfortable stay, new and modern room, but the bathroom doesn’t have a door at all, which I imagine could be awkward for non-couples travelling together

Lack communication with customers. ”

Made reservation day before arrival which was confirmed. After attending hotel and paying £15 for taxi from airport, was told that they could not acept anymore customers and advised to seek other accommodation not offering to pay for taxi fare to other destination. Had to walk to next hotel which was fully functioning including bar (take away only) end up paying more for lower quality room at Innis Heathrow as advised my them. Check agoda and room advertised £53, payed £65 after haggling price down from 75.Disapointed.

Free buses from central bus station at terminal 2 since hotel is located in free travel zone. Great facilities, cleanliness and breakfast. Be sure to check if your booking includes breskfast as we almost got double charged.

Free bus from heathrow airport, walk 3 mins after get off. Room is clean and enough space. This is a good choice if you want to take rest before taking a early of long flight.

Trendy hotel with chic deco. Biggest fail is customer service and room service meal was a complete pile of rubbish!! I ordered soup on my first night there after a super cold and wet long day. I was Hoping to recharge and relax with a bowl of soup but that quickly turned into a nightmare. When the food was delivered it looked disgusting and it smelled awful . For a 24hr kitchen I expected someone in the kitchen had some type of food knowledge and expected something decent to be served. To make matters worse two rough cut pieces of bread where thrown on the side. No care was put into meal at all. I just don’t understand how you expect people to pay for such poor quality meals. Uber disappointing!!!!!

Quick stay overnight”

I chose this hotel because I wanted something affordable but also contemporary. Loved the design and proximity to Heathrow. Great deal for the money.
