Staff were friendly and very helpful, the food at the restaurant was good and very reasonably priced as well and it’s located very close to a tube station and walking distance to the Tower of London and tower bridge! Thank you for the lovely stay! We’d definitely be going back there when we’re in London next.

Great hotel in a great location!”
This was a great location. The breakfast was excellent, and a good bargain, as kids under a certain age are free with their parents. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is there was a weird sulfur smell that seemed to come from the safe.

Good Hotel for a Short London Stay”
We had two rooms a double and a twin, the room was clean and well appointed. The whole experience of the hotel was positive apart from trying to pay for a coffee in the bar area prior to check in which led to multiple attempts to get their card machine to work. This made us late for where we were going on to but was a relatively minor niggle in an otherwise enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay there again if i was doing something similar. They also discovered it was my wife's birthday which led to them putting a piece of cake and a balloon in our bedroom. A nice touch.

Fantastic breakfast, but standard really is standard”
The room was basic and on par with a Premier Inn except it was so noisy like the windows were open, Premier Inn pride themselves on a peaceful night sleep! Normally London hotels standard rooms are still amazing but not here. However we got it at discounted rate and it served a purpose. It was very clean I just expected more and was disappointed. But….. amazing breakfast really good couldn’t fault it. Staff apart from one guy very friendly.

Very nice staff & Great location”
Travel from the Heathrow airport to the hotel takes about 1 hour by tube with 1 change. The hotel is just next to the tube station (Towerhill). When you get out from tube station, the hotel is very very easy to find. Hotel staff is very nice. I arrived London in the morning flight, arrived hotel about 10am. I and my friends were tired from travelling. We were not be able to check-in before noon. However hotel staff invited us to take a shower in the gym area (very nice) then we can leave our luggage at the hotel and start our sight seeing trip in London. The room is very nice and clean. Amenties are from Cabtree & Evelyn, LOVE. Tower bridge and Tower of London is very close to the hotel. Just less than 5 mins walk. Unfortunately, we cannot see Tower bridge view from the hotel. Couple complaints... 1. we stayed on the floor that under renovation. We had to use elevator at the restaurant instead of main elevator. 2. There is quite loud noise from near by area all the time.

I was extremely happy with this hotel. It's steps away from the tube station and within walking distance to London Tower Bridge and several pubs. Only complaint is the partially frosted glass between the bathroom and bedroom.

This Novotel has exceeded my expectation. The room is comfortable, modern design, bathroom is nice too, kids are provided with free made up sofa bed which is also very nice & comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyt parents looking for great stay with kids. Not to mention the location is so near to famous Tower Bridge & Tower of London

Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms and friendly staff”
Our stay was perfect! The staff was very helpfull; at check in we received a key to the fitness area to take a shower and freshen up because our room was not ready yet. There is a touch screen in the lobby area to give you info on the area, shopping, weahter etc. Very helpfull. The location is perfect as it is right by the Tower of London and a 2 minute walk to a tube station.
