I stayed on the 6th flr. The space of the room is great & the bath & toilet is clean tho its small but i wouldnt mind. Its just the internet is really SUPER SLOW it drive me up to Fadeup Level. & for the room on the 6th flr PLEASE GET A BIGGER AIRCONDITIONER .. the one tht u hv now cannot afford the whole room. By 10pm we were sweating in our sleep & we decide to On the ceiling fan at the same time which leave us with uncomfort feeling for the night. The staff are very helpful & friendly. & please do something on the breakfast menu. I dont mind paying a little bit more as i ws asking for a fresh milk or creamer but the hotel are not providing it!! Somehow the friendly willing to buy it which i really appreciate but i dont want to trouble him so i reject it politely. Anyway thankyou for ure treat

something needs to be done re: water pressure. I was at the 6th floor. I didn't get enough water supply during my stay. I can only get the water from the tap and the one next to the toilet(as thick as a string). none from the shower tap. requested to change the room, but there was no available room unfortunately. The soap and shampoo in the bathroom looked like it has been used. The remote controllers for the fan and TV ran out of battery. and there were no pillow cases. I even waited for this room for them to check it but...yeah otherwise, the rest is good.

We are staying at level 6 facing the sea and the view is beautiful. Night food stalls are just nearby at the back where you can enjoy satay, chicken or beef. Mee kolok nearby just sum up your meal for the night.

When i got in the room the towel from the previous guest still hanged in the washroom. Cannot say anything for the tv.. still no channel to watch n they said cannot do anything about it. I did request in advance to clean my room in the morning while i’m away for work so that after work i just need to rest but unfortunately when i came back from work still not clean. Then in the middle of my sleep the housekeepig staff knocked on my door to make up the room. I was like.. i did request it earlier in my booking. Overall it was good.

Since most of the time after work i only stay in the room its a bit boring because the tv doesnt have other channel.. toilet tissue was not given until i requested it on the next day of my stay. The floor was full of hair on the floor both in the room n in the toilet itself. The toilet bowl was a bit dirty n the hose was just left on the floor..because the thing for hanging the hose was broken n not fixed. The towel looks dirty n yellowish. The bed sheet was not pressed n not smart n it seemed like someone has been slept in the room before my arrival n the sheets was not replaced.

A tourist would be mad to visit this town. Anyway, the hotel was central, it was clean, a short walk turned up places to eat and drink coffee. A short walk also got me to the bus station. Staff were very helpful, but language was a barrier.

Room are quite cozy, spacious and good view. Apart from that, toiletries provided only soap, toothpaste, toothbrush and a comb. Not much tv channel to see and aircondition are not well maintained, need to clean air filter my self just to avoid the hassle... All and all, it’s a good stay

Bad service from staff.. No tv channel.. Have wifi but no connection... We ask for iron board never arrived at our room.. Smelly blanket and bed sheet..dirty towel.. Dirty copy cup.. Water bottle looks old already like never change the water bottle.. Air conditioner not cold.. We have to use ceiling fan
