Perfect Stay”
We had just got off a Cruise so arrived at the hotel a little early at 1100. This wasn’t a problem as we were greeted by Darlen who was so friendly and helpful. She let us store our luggage and then we could use the pool up on floor 3. This was a big area with a handful of sun beds and tables and chairs. It even had a bar with snacks. Great sun area and a view of the landing aircraft. We got our room at 1500 and Darlen pointed us in the right direction and gave us some information, very customer focused. I thought the room was lovely, a decent sized room with TV and a separate kitchen area with TV & facilities. Comfortable bed and no noise. Clean bathroom too. We chose this hotel for 1 night as it was close to the airport and also a 10mins walk to Dolphin Mall. A few restaurants nearby too. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

When I checked in for some reason my reservation room was mixed up. No worries Darlen was there to assist me without any hesitations. She was polite, Professional and efficient. This was my first time visiting but because of her it won't be my last. Thank you Darlen for the excellent customer service!

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. Clean. Spacious. Great service. The room had a stove, full size refrigerator AND washer/dryer. The pool with the bar and the mega screens was fabulous. It’s even close enough to a few dining options and a quick Lyft to some nice nightlife. Not only would I stay here again, I’m planning on coming back during football season. 5 stars!

Location toward end of hall, door opened to two rooms. Neighbors had young children and were loud until after midnight. Bed was very low and uncomfortable.

$2.50 for a 12 oz bottle of water; seriously. Breakfast offering was minimal and croissant roles were dry and not warmed. Coffee was not hot. The discounted room rate was what resulted in our stay. Need more than one valet working.

Business Travel - Would Look Other Place”
The location was easy to find, free valet was a big plus. However, the outside does not match the quality of the rooms on the inside. Although the price was really attractive, the overall room was ok. The kitchenette was nice, full size fridge, stove top, and washer dryer were nice if I were staying for a week for business travel. Bed was decently comfortable but had smells of mold/dampness in the room. Not bad - not great.

Mooi en simpel hotel ”
Goed gelegen met winkels, restauranten en winkelcentra. Ligt dichtbij Miami AirPort. Enige minpuntjes vanuit ons is dat er een bepaalde parfum lucht hangt. Wat voor bepaalde mensen ondraaglijk kan zijn en dat is “onze” mening de vallet parking hoeft vanuit ons niet! Wij willen namelijk zelf parkeren en niet hoeven wachten op onze auto omdat er wachtende voor ons zijn. Maar voor de rest een uitstekend hotel.
